TimberLakers M-Drol Massacre

We had some fun man... it was a blast. The girls at the OC gym were rediculously bangin.
 
The Cali trip was pretty damn good. Got in some good training. It was awesome working out with someone stronger than me, and just as down with some stupid torturous workouts. Also ate like a motherf*cker... GMG is a big dude, I don't think the pictures on here do his shoulders and arms justice.

Gym actually closes early today, so I'm going to take the day off. That gives me three full days of rest (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) which is much needed after that week of torture (2.5 hours of BJJ on Saturday AM however). Tomorrow should be a nasty back workout as a result of the extra much needed rest.

Not sure what I'll be doing in the near term in terms of supplements. As I mentioned, I'm polishing off a bottle of Neovar, DTHC, and my short PCT with 2 weeks of Nolva (20mg) and 2 caps of Novedex XT each night.

All in, I'm waking up around 188 or so - which isn't too bad. Don't see myself running this MDrol ever again.

Test and anavar would be my next cycle if I choose to run one. I actually got approached about a fight in February - but the contracted weight would be 160 to 170. I could make it fairly easy - just have a bit to think about I suppose.

Awesome back workout today. I'll highlight the deadlifts...

8*225, 10*315 PR (reps), 375*2 PR (weight), 20*225 (just cause I'm nasty)

I love going as heavy as I possibly can, then following that sh*t up with a widow maker. Been pretty frustrated that I can't pull 400 yet, but I'm going to keep stacking on those fives till I start tossing it up.

You'll be pulling 400 very soon. 375 X 2 means you should be knocking on the door already. While trying to increase my poundages, I employ those little 2 and 1/2 pound plates. I even have little 2 and 1/2 and 5 pound dumbells that I will place on my machines stacks to increase them. 10 lbs. is a large jump sometimes when you're already going all out!! Go for 280 X 2 next week. And then 285 X 2 the next week. You'll be snatching that 400 off the floor in no time!!

LOL... Timber and I in Canada... we would probably start a lot of fights... I wouldn't be able to hold in all my "aboots" "dontchaknows" and "eh's".

Though from what I can gather, Canadia has some hot women up there... much better than the Northern US.

Can you believe she's never worked out a day in her life. She has nicely defined abs, but its been free her whole life. Most women lose free abs after their teenage years, she's well into her 30's, I mean deep into her 30's and still looks 21.

She posed for a women's fitness magazine once and said she felt guilty because she's never worked before.

:lol: I grew up about an hour from Buffalo.

One of my college girls was from Buffalo, but she was born in a different country. Avoided the inbreeding.

I swear, my cholesterol raises each time I step in that lard-infested building. Nary a beautiful woman in sight, seriously! They put something in the water there: Ugly juice.

Hit or miss man... I guess I'd have to recommend some kind of estrogen control on cycle... I escaped completely unscathed, but I can see where people get into trouble running that for 3 or 4 weeks.
 
im interested in doing it for 4 weeks but Im alil scared, I feel if I have good support supps then I might have a safe cycle (as in sides), Im finding out that everyone is different. My experience (two Hdrol cycles) the first I made amazing gains but no PCT, therefore I lost about 50-70% of the gains I made, then the cycle I just finished, Ive kept about 90% of the gains, the only thing Ive lost is some strength, I feel that is because I ran a very solid PCT...with all the research Im doing I will have a solid PCT and support supps ready for a cycle, I just have to decide if I wanna go through with it
 
It is completely dependent on the user in question. Some people don't fare well on Super, for others its the magic muscle pill. It happened to work for me. 4 weeks is a long time to be on the clones of SD...

how about just running it at 10/10/10...Im weary of sides and shutdown, and IDK how I will react to it, so Im gonna play it safe. Its not Hdrol hahaha

If you're wary... don't run it. I don't know why anyone would take anything where they aren't willing to accept possible sides.

If you are going to do it, you might as well run 10/20/20 because if you are going to have bad side effects, you'll probably see them at 10mg anyway.

I would say if you have a shadow of a doubt, superdrol isn't for you.
