Running a TKD like diet with a 3day DC split. Just seeing what you guys think would be the best way to utilize it?

Usually sip on 150gr WMS, 40gr Hydro-Isolate and 10gr creatine mono starting about 30min preworkout, sipping thru out, and just slamming the last few oz after my workout.

On the GDA properties alone pre-workout would seem like the best idea but looking forward to what other suggest because i've read some people saying they used on a total keto diet but the threads are like 5 years old and not much info on results, dose, etc....

Well, how are you going to avoid going hypo if you're using IGF-1 and no carbs (TKD)?

Can you brief me on what a TKD is? Is it the CKD but you don't carb load on the weekend?

Yea pretty much, or if I feel flat and depleted I'll will do a mini carb load on sunday.

I doubt I'd go hypo if I pinned it pre-workout but most of the other properties (other than as a glucose disposal agent) seem to be shown with post workout injection.

Also with the DC training, if I train chest first and wouldnt be able to pin about 30min post working set, get what I mean.

How long do the glucose transport effects of IGF-1 last?

I was thinking about a 3 times a week post-workout dosage. Could I just eat enough carbs during the time following my workout to prevent hypoglycemia? If I then go back to low carb the following day, will I go hypo?

I guess I could just eat clean for the 4-6 weeks I'd be using it, but the low carb/carb-up thing is a lot easier for me to live with.
 
Well after 1 week post workout, 90gr WMS 25gr Whey about 30min before workout + 40mcg bi-lateral post w/o + 120gr WMS,30gr Whey, 10grCreatine Mono 10min later + 1 big bowl of cearl, 50gr Whey= Down 3lbs and strength is up, noticabley more vascularity abs are comming in NO CARDIO :think:

Eating about 4.5-5K calories. 360gr Fat, 350gr Protein, only carbs are listed above.
