Trauma1 and Poopypants team up for a PP/1-T and Epi/1-T log!

Alrighty then!!!

Def had a great workout as I mentioned. I decided to give my other version of the MMS out instead of movin on to SLIN just yet as I wanted to make sure I knew what worked for me for sure.

I went ahead and did as planned and used the same template for the shake but lowered the Pslin down to 500mg instead. It seemed to work great, obviously had a great workout and still didnt go hypo after the fact, very nice.

By the end of that superset of front and side lateral cable raises my delts were just buuuuurning... it felt great.


One thing to note... I push myself in EVERY workout. sometimes I move up in weight and Im def seeing some good recomp effects from this cycle right now, although my goals are more bulking then anything... bottom line is though with all this HARD work I have experienced almost ZERO DOMS for a lil bit.... had some IOMS for a lil bit after some workouts but after a good protein shake and some sleep Im perfectly fine. Def think this combo of the MMS with Pslin and my cycle are doing WONDERS for recovery, and honestly leaving me wanting to try something even harder as I LOVE feeling sore, it shows me I did a good job.

with that Im bout to take me a couple slin and a preworkout concoction that Ill detail in my next post then hit the gym for my Back and Bis workout... late fellas.

Overall my shoulder lifts aint too bad.. but Im not sure its from jus tmy shoulders... my tris and traps (more so my tris) are VERY strong and likely take alot of the credit for the lift... thus my making sure to super set my delts as well... they are catchin up for sure.

But ya... look at that cable press down for tris :D Im very proud of that and just feels bad ass to have an entire stack maxed out at 125 AND a 25lb plate pinned on the back and still reppin it for 10 like its nuttin... I dont think a 35 or 45lb plate will even fit :( looks Like I gotta find some new tri exercises that arent so easy.... DB's here I come.

Poopy, I sure am glad to see you doing all this experimenting with the slin dosages. I'll be starting up some slin in just a couple of weeks, so I've been taking notes here!! I'll already have a concept of how to start it off thanks to your dosing variations outlined here. Keep up the good work Poop-Meister!! :head: And you too Big John!! Have you tried the reverse grip on the cable tricep extension? I do well on regular ones but as soon as I reverse grip I really have to work harder.

Good call C!! I can get some fierce ass contractions with that reverse grip!! They are much harder indeed.

I've been using p-slin for a while and I def know when I'm taking it...but I would turn into one fat mofo if I ate like that! regardless of how I was training!

I'm so jealous :nutkick:
 
You know poopy as long as ive been liftin I find that no matter how strong my shoulders get I still stay around the 20 to 25 lb lateral and front raises! Ice done heavy front raises and even side raises in the past but the work I get from lighter weight and higher reps on shoulders does wonders! Great job on the PR's!

:( ya.... I already maxed the stack out on those too... lol

they are harder but not by much for me... check back to my first tri workout, Im pretty sure I did em there too.... SUCK... I just need a bigger machine, I love the angle and pressure it puts directly on my tris with a machine.... with DB's most the exercises are really tough on my shoulder/rotators and can make em hurt the day after... sucks cause my muscles can lift more then my joints can handle when it comes to DB's and the angle of holding em over your head...

true that... plus much heavier and its bad on my joints and my shoulder wants to slip out... pressing movements are always a different story though as I mention since they incorporate my tris and traps too.

Day 16 Update





Weight: 230.8lbs(+10.8lbs)

Libido: It still remains inconsistent overall. I can't say it's crushed it by any means though. Overall, not too bad.

Strength: Off day, so can't comment today.

Side Effects: Other than some facial acne, not too much. No effects at all in regard to nipple sensitivity or lumps. All my hair is still very much accounted for. No headaches or nosebleeds to report either. Testes do look a bit atrophied, but nothing of serious note to be honest.

Aggression: Continues to flair at times. Working in the E.R. around the holiday's tends to bring in some of the most repulsive people that inhabit our society......not just from a hygenic standpoint either.......truly dispickable human beings all around. Needless to say, i had some VERY aggressive tendencies i had to restrain with everything i had today. :frustrate

Mood: I continue to feel great. No lethargy at all to speak off. I can't tell you how much i've already enjoyed the dermacrine in with the Phera-Plex. Without a doubt it's mitigated some of the lethargy issues that can be noted. Great job with the dermacrine product Primordial Performance! :clap2:

Good news everyone, i finally received my 1-T today! :D I shall start it first thing tomorrow for certain. Not too much to report today, as i worked all day, and it was freakin' nuts. I HATE working holiday's sometimes.

I work again tomorrow, so i'll resume the gym on friday. Overall, i continue to feel fantastic with very full and rounded muscle bellies. I couldn't be more pleased up to this point. Now that i have the 1-T, this baby will really start to take off!!

I think it will be quite a smooth transition from Dermacrine to 1-T for you and I would think it would kick in quickly as well, cant wait man! awesome shiz.

wow... weird.... I just had an amazing Back and bi workout... then came home had a glass of milk and shii my brains out... sorry to disappoint though, didnt go in my pants.

A bit nasty I know but that hasnt happened to me in like ever after a normal supplemented workout... not even forslean does it this bad to me..... wonder if it was the milk :think:

any ways, Im now literally pooped so im gonna watch a flick and pass out.

well I thought id pass out during the movie but didnt.... ya feelin fine now... maybe it was the chicken i had before I went to workout... dunno. Just was odd how fast it hit me after I drank the milk post workout. and I didnt have any indigestion or discomfort before hand either, just all of a sudden got one sharp pain and had to go... and boy did I go.... like i said very weird.

Unfortunately, this morning i awoke and felt like a cold was coming on. I did fine up until noon at work......then it hit me like a ton of bricks. It's a classic upper-respiratory infection or common cold, but it's kicking my azz right now. I'll have to take tomorrow off to rest up, and hopefully can knock this out in a few days.

The good news is my appetite has maintained very well, so i've been getting my meals in no problem. This is a minor set back, but i still have a long way to go. :)

I guess i finally fell victim to all the people coughing all over the place the last few days at work. Damn them! :frustrate


I also did apply my first application of the 1-T today, so i'll have an update tomorrow as to my initial reactions and such. :)

Thanks, guys! I'm definitely going to work through this, i'm just going to give it an extra day off to expedite the process.

Have also contemplated the use of some of Get Diesels products... may very well use them BUT I would prefer to use products I KNOW have produced results for me and would do well in PCT like Drive and Powerfull for helping boost test and keeping workouts alive in PCT and will likely just get some Diesel stuff to run AFTER PCT for a follow up test optimizing cycle to my PCT. Really interested in hitting up a DTHC or 2010 with Sunami combo for once test is back to normal and then take it to the next level and free up some of that test possibly with other natty stuff.... again that all depends on how the budget changes across this next month...

Good news is I KNOW its gonna get better since Bush re-extended unemployment benefits and from the job I was doing I max out at the highest pay so its not too bad... just dont know when those checks will start rollin in again. Bottom line is things ARE going to be getting better soon although a lil worse first as I still am moving out this weekend and have to figure out what stuff I want to keep or toss as I wont have the room or dough for a storage space and then get to try to find a new place that will be willing to rent to me as I dont want to live on someones couch/bed forever.

Ya I thought this was a lil more out in the open, then some people act as if its breaking news when they hear it, lol. NP opened a thread a lil while back asking who would be interested in an ether attached Formestane in bulk powder and it was obvious from the course of the thread that they were going to be sharing their materials with IBE for our new product.... Its the same thing Dsade was researching and trying to source but IBE and NP were able to source it first I guess....

Since then NP has dropped interest in it leaving it only to IBE ... BUT I dont know that the compound will ever be released by anyone as there is a supposed patent on the product, question is though is it patent pending or an established patent... that will decide whether or not we go ahead with it.

So it is a possibility but its also possible the idea was dead before it started... we will see.

nope dont think so... if things are going according to what Jacob said it should have just made it stateside, dunno if its in his hands yet or not, then he'll have to shoot it over to the NP crew.

totally different. its the other half of Powerfull so its effects are not the sme whatsoever. This half is the test boosting, strength boosting half, whereas 1-carboxy is the GH induces recovery increasing half.

GREAT combo of compounds together BUT not really as practical to take together at the same time as you could take the Puresap on a full stomach and still see effects, if not increase absorption and end effects and take preworkout with food, where as the 1-carboxy or Puredopa as its called in powerful needs an empty stomach and insulin/carb free environment to elicit its GH releasing effects. So its much better to be able to take the Puresap with meals through the day and with preworkout meals and then take the pure dopa at periods of time where you can go without food or prebed to induce a gh release without wasting it every other dose.

Oh that's sweet about the PureSap. I didn't know they were going to be picking it up soon. I haven't kept my eye on it. I almost wished I wouldn't have known. I've been spending about ~$200/month on supps for the last few months. I need to back off.

Libido: It's actually been slightly above baseline the last few days.

Strength: No comment today since i'm off and sick.

Aggression: Comes and goes as it has all cycle. The fact that i'm under the weather right now has kept it in check. I do love the bouts of aggressive tendencies though! :twisted:

Side Effects: Not much to report here. My hair is still at baseline with no shedding noted. Some facial acne, but it's actually starting to clear a bit. No headaches or nosebleeds to speak of.

Appetite: My appetite has been realy great all cycle. This is a great factor as i'm easily getting my meals in each day. This would explain the initial rapid weight gains i had. Even though i'm sick today, my appetite remains in full effect.

Mood: Well....I felt great before illness hit me, i can tell you that. :)

Well, the unexpected illness hit me, but i'm ready to nip it in the bud and move on swiftly. I felt terrible all day yesterday as it was coming on, and i feel like i got hit by a bus today as well. As the day goes on, i feel a bit better, but i'll have to play it by ear tomorrow. Interestingly enough, i weighed in at 231.2lbs today, woot. Even though i'm sick, i've been eating like a mad man.

When i looked into the mirror today i expected to look flat due to the illness, but the opposite held true. I looked very full and lean today. My urinary output has increased over the past few days, so i wonder is some of the sub-q water i had has been reabsorbed and subsequently diuresed. Considering how i looked today in the mirror, i believe that to be true.

I'll see how i feel tomorrow, but i may need another day. I still have about 3-4 weeks left, so i have plenty of time. :)

I'll just be relaxin' all day around the house playing murse to myself, haha.

you can do your tri exercises on the lat cable pull down, just take off the lat bar and throw on the v-bar or tri staight bar...the weight on the stack isn't the same as the traditional cable pulley's, it's heavier at the same #'age atleast that's been my experience in all the gyms I've gone too..weird but thats what I do when I get to the point where I have to put plates on the tri machines

T1's Primordial Performances 1-T First Impressions







Bottling And Presentation: 10/10


-This is one of the nicest looking products i have ever seen. PP did a very great job in the bottling and presentation of this product. The label is very sharp, and this product is just cosmetically very impressive to look at. Well done!



Pump Mechanism: 10/10


-Without a doubt a very effective pump system that delivers the product very efficiently everytime. I have a bottle of dermacrine with the older pump system, and this one blows it out of the water!



5.0 Transdermal Lotion: 10/10


-This 5.0 formula version of the lotion is a very smooth feeling transdermal lotion that smears on very easily and evenly. Just the right feel and viscosity to it that makes it very easy to apply. The lotion itself even has a nice little subtle smell to it. Great job with the transdermal lotion, guys!



Initial Effects/Thoughts: 8/10

-I did have some nice skin tightening effects even with my first application. This was followed by some subtle amounts of vascularity that lasted for about 30 minutes. I had a similar effect with the dermacrine but this was much more pronounced. It took about 5-10 minutes to dry thoroughly on my skin. Not too much other than that as of yet, but i'm really impressed with this product in every other fashion at this point.



-I am very impressed with the 1-T product upon initial presentation and application. Today is day 2, so i'll be updating my effects since adding in the 1-T daily. I'm very excited to see what this product can add to the pheraplex in terms of mass and strength gains. Now this cycle really begins!!
