Just out of anticipation! i love beta alanine and ive used it preworkout mostly! When I dose it I most likeky will mix the two or use the beta alanine pre. And the intra during! What are others opinion if its a 1 hour Routine!

I'd do what you said last. Take the BA9 pre-wo and sip the IA during your sets.
 
11 months ago i had never used BA. When I took Purple Wraath and read the labels about the tingles I was pretty taken bake. Kinda like "what, hmmmm?" Then when It kicked in I completely fell in love. Got them very little with other supps. I know I'm just gonna love it.
 
Oh shoot! You guys all jumped the gun on me! Im going to start using the product on Wednesday after finals are over, but perhaps I'll have to get my thread started and thrown up tonight.
