I beleive the rebound can be quite strong on Havoc. Definetly I beleive this should be ran with some SERM post cycle.

I'm not saying a serm is necessary after any cycle, but for Havoc's case, I feel like you should haveit at least around in case something appears.
 
with a pulse and test booster on off days i still felt suppressed about 2 weeks in but i followed a IMO complete OTC PCT (8weeks) and believe in milder compounds a PCT isnt incomplete without one, but couldnt hurt

It's advised to utilize if possible. If not, at least have one on hand in case it's needed.
