Alright.... damn... havnt posted an update for 3 days and its already been 4 or 5 more pages!

Well day 13 was the start of dosing at 50mg of Epi :twisted: was plannin on going another week first BUT decided on doing it now so I had a steady dose before starting 1-T, didnt want to mix the effects of boosting 10mg and starting a new compound at the same time, would make it harder to distinguish the origin of the effects I was getting.
Dosing of DHEA remains the same at 50mg x2 ed... might even lower it in anticipation of the 1-T to make sure I can have more unused enzymes built up and ready to convert the hell outta that 1-T :think:
Day 14 was shoulders, I used to dread shoulders cause I couldnt move much weight at all and it seemed more tedious then fun.... well thats changing considerably and Im looking forward to hitting them now every week, getting stronger and stronger and def noticing a change in the development of my delts.
Strength was actually REALLY good for these lifts but since I got in there late I only had a chance to hit one tri lift (not so bad since I hit them twice a week anyways) and couldnt do the typical Delt Superset I like to do of cable raises(btw these create a MAJOR pump and by the last set my delts are just burning), will have to make sure to leave myself more time for this day since I kinda load up on lifts for shoulders and tris now.

Again workout was cut short or I woulda had 2 or 3 more tri exercises and a delt superset but this workout was still plenty good and strong and as you can see full of PR's so I was still very pleased with the results.
Cant wait to see what kinda numbers I burn through once the 1-T is added in the mix!
Pre, intra and post workout supplementation remains the same with the pslin, poseidon, BA, creatine, taurine and L-Leucine with the exception of some added BCAA's (5g) intra as well.... def dont taste too good though so I cant wait till this damn Xtend arrives.... last time I purchase from an Ebay store.
Also looking at getting some of the new BC+EAA from LG as it sounds great and has a mixture of both BCAA's and EAA's, the more the better
