Narrative:
I mixed up my shoulder day a little bit. Went a little heavier on Military since it was at the beginning of the lift. It felt really good going heavier. I did heavier weight modified Arnold Presses as well. The trick is to do the rotation at the bottom of the lift (like in a Pec Dec) and then once you're arms are like goal posts, press up. I try to focus on pinching my pecs together at the bottom. Those things HURT. If they have another name, I'm not aware of it. If they're bad technique, whoops. :rofl:
Went to a sushi bar tonight and had some spicy tuna rolls. I haven't had tuna all week so I think I'll be ok.

It's really the only sushi I like to eat, and this time was no exception. Delicious.
