your cycle looks good but a few questions....
1.) why consume 20g of creatine?
I've always heard of taking 5g pre and post workouts!
2.) why limit your self to 500mg of arginine?
its just an amino acid, you should consume at least 5g pre and post workout
3.) BCAA 2 caps equals how many grams?
you should not limit your BCAA intake, consume 5~10 pre and post workout.
