Nutraplanet has it listed as 400mg; I'd think that they would have measured it rather accurately?

it's a bit hit and miss using an ordinary teaspoon. You need to been a bit carefull I think measuring this way - it's strong stuff.
I wouldn't be surprised if the 'half' tsp I used the other day turned out to be 1000mg - pre-intra-post WO carbs was 30-120-60. An hr later had to eat a further 30.
I have some 00 caps I purchased - if someone could work out how much PSlin will fit into one of those I'd appreciate it.

so if i take pslin at 400mg before food and don't really get that hungry at all what does that mean?

what's your timing btw dose and eating?
Recommended is 15 minutes, but as an experienced user I can drag it out to 20-30 minutes at that dosage.
At higher dosages (800mg) not a chance - ravenous within 10 minutes, hypo symptoms by 20 minutes.
Do a little experimentation as see how you go.

i have experimented with this and yellow gold. i've taken 800mg of p-slin and waited a half hour or longer and i feel no different than normal. maybe a little hungrier but seems to be what most people experience with 400mg. any possibility of insulin resistance or anything like that? i've always gotten used to products very fast and have a high tolerance for everything. my dad takes percocet and he gave me one once because my back was sore and i didn't do much to me

Heh I OD'ed on my 20% corosolic acid this morning. Was probably closer to 250mg than 150mg. I realized it when I was heading to the gym and I had a scoop of my berry acai concentrate, and starting eating jam with a spoon. My body was craving carbs lol. After my WO I've eaten close to 2x what I normally do, AND I'M STILL STARVING

Perhaps you're desensitized? I had to go off AP/PSlin for 2.5 weeks because I wasn't feeling the effects anymore. Or you can just overdose lol, try taking 2 PSlins.

yep, last night i had 0 problem with pandora from 5~6pm. i want to move to 6~7 to see if the gym thins out (just started somewhere new). now i have things for the pet peeve thread
@pata320: still here, i joined so late i wont get my bulk items until today (i think fedex still runs on vet day)

100gms WMS
1500mgs Beta Alanine taken with first sip 30 mins before, during workout and immediately after (got 501 caps to get through)
5g Creatine Mono
6g leucine
10g taurine
finished off immediately after workouit with 4 x neovar caps, multivit/min
Should i throw in a gatorade type drink say 15 mins after i have finshed workout and last of shake? usually takes me 45-1hr to get home from the gym so gonna need something - thoughts? could have another 1/2 serving of gainer?

looks good but ya I would def have some fresh protein/gainer in a shaker for the ride home, you want to take advantage of that pslin shake you just had and the Neovar too.

Maybe half that amount of gainer in your pre-periWO shake, and up the WMS to 150g.
Then take the other half of the gainer on the way home as poops mentioned.
You could also up your BA to 3000 - 5000mg - that would be badass!

Thanks for the replys fellas - thought about upping the amount of WMS but as it stands with 100g WMS and the blend of carbs from the gainer im already at 180ish grams of total carbs in the shake. Gonna roll with that for a couple of weeks and then reasses.
BA is already at 4.5g 1500 before 1500 during and 1500 after (6 pills total).
Will prob take some extra gainer on the way home - i do have 25lbs to get through. May play around with some real food options but its pretty reppeling eating food on the subway home

I have been using a variance of different protocols with P-slin since early 2007 and it works wonderfully for me. Im sorry it does not do the same for you.
But for you to call the comp a fraud cause it DIDNT work just as you expected or it causes you GI problems is not the answer brother.
MANY MANY people LOVE BSN Xplode and Super Pump 250 BUT I cant take them at even half a dose unless I want to XPLODE a SUPER DUMP in the middle of my workout, one thats so bad infact I usually lose all my momentum from the workout and am tired as hell after and have to just go home.
Such are the facts in this world, not EVERYTHING is going to work for EVERYONE. Sorry man, better luck with the next product and just keep on truckin.
