Best supps for football

What supps. would you advise someone to use for the explosive short burst speed and strength required in playing football.

I'm 30 5' 11" around 225lbs. Pretty solid. I do not know my body fat level but I can see six abs, have cuts and veins.

Bench 225 for 20-25 or 315 for 6-8
Deadlift 365 for 10
Squat 315 for 10

I play outside linebacker and full back.

I am experienced in supps and real gear from way back in the day.

Thanks

protein and ZMA. not creatine because it can cause you to cramp. only use it in the off season. also for explosive power, lots of power cleans, squats, front squats and deadlifts.

Anything that helps you recover faster is great for football- but as far as gaining explosiveness- central nervous system stimulants such as caffeine, cocoa extract, or L-tyrosine are good for getting you going- we make a product called RPM, and it has some pretty potent CNS effects, and is good for increasing strength and explosiveness short term. L-tyrosine has the added benefit of preventing adrenal burn-out from long term stimulant usage as well......another benefit of RPM (at least for football) is mild aggression- it will make you want to hit someone :)

Creatine is great for explosive strength, and will help you recovery, as will BCAAs. Osteo-Sport is great for getting rid of every day joint and tendon issues, and when you hit day in and day out, they start to add up....

LMK if you have any more questions...

creatine doesnt really make u cramp. Try reading ROMO's biography. Theres a ton of supplement help in there. Also for speed, lifting is good but isnt nearly as important as running sprints and doing cone drills and changing direction.
