Quads were still a little sore so we did extentions. I felt great on stiff deads. Weight has been stagnent for about 2 weeks now. Time to bump to cals.....but how :think: I feel like Im eating non-stop!

Any ideas for meals? I know your also on a CKD type diet.
Ya, it is a bit much to remember at first, but then it becomes so second nature.

Just the usual man.. I eat pretty boring right now..lol

My shakes all contain EVOO, or almond butter. And the usual ground beef, sirloin, etc.

I am dieting though..

I gotcha, thats rough lol. Im eating 4,000cals right now and my weights not moving and I dont feel as though I could even add another meal.

I think Im going to go back to a more traditional diet. Nothing crazy with carbs. Just 50-75 in the morning, pre-workout post workout and post workout meal. Maybe like a 50/20/30. I was doing about a 40/10/50 similar to a TKD.

I feel like if I taste anymore EVOO in going to puke. Plus if Im out and a bout it's a little easier with meal choices too when theres more carbs in my diet instead of having to fork over some extra $ to have to buy 2 of all the low carb crap.
 
TKD is more along the lines of what i am doing.. I do take in carbs around workouts(waxy maize, and then kids cereal)

Thats where I got the idea but Im dropping the cereal the milk is giving me issues again. Im just done with milk. I've said it before but Im going cold turkey after this last 1/2 gallon is gone.

Drop the milk.. Use 2 scoops of isolate.. Vanilla whey + fruity pebbles, mmmmmm! I got some cinna-bun coming, should go well with cinnamon toast crunch..

And ya, i am always over at IM.. Skip is doing my nutrition, hence the cereal..lol

Real good workout. No suprise with the added carbs come added engergy. Great thing is I ran 3.5miles 2day about 1hr before my workout!!! ****en baseball bull **** but I think I eff'd up my foot. Hope it doesnt affect leg day. Nothing like running in 45 and rain :FUfinger:

Yea I dont know how the **** that works but they said if the pains stilll there next week I'll get an MRI. I cant put any weight on my foot 2day. So no cardio or anything. I wont be able to train calfs 2maro, or quads. I mau just do some leg curls and leg extentions.

Im so pissed that I decided to come to this school. Its been one thing after another injury wise because of stupid coaching. I've really never been this down before on life or baseball. I havent had much of an appetite all day either.
 
just drink your gallon of whole milk for the day and take your 25 different vitamins, minerals, and supplements and you'll recover in no time :D

Still depressed about everything. My workout made me feel a little better.

ALSO.....I think I figured out a cheap mans Plasma Jet. This morning I mixed the following together in a 1 gallon jug of water. I had a good pump all day.

6gr AAKG
4gr Vitamin C
3TBS Glycerine
1 tub crystal lite

If you but all of those things in bulk it's a lot cheaper than Plasma Jet i'd imagine. Just throwing it out there if anyones interested.
 
Well this morning my foot feels a lot better. I should be able to get back to lifting legs on monday.

It's crazy how bad it hurt on tuesday and even yesterday. I feel like im at about 80% I'm back to walking normal which is good. Im going to get in an abs and cardio session later. I've been slacking on the abs part but will def get back into it starting 2day.

Anyone try the new bulk P-Slin? Im looking at picking some up
 
Hey D Dubya do you like Pslin better than Slin? As I have used the AP and I am not impressed like whoa. THE ONLY shizz that had me Whoaed was GXR. I know I know I ask alot of questions:lol:

I was using Slin during my CKD last year and it was pretty good. I had to lower the dose because it was effecting my stomach somewhat( 4caps to 2caps per).

I really like both, being a carb sensative person. I have to side with slin on the simple fact I can adjust my dose as needed as where p-slin If I dont get close to 75gr of carbs in, im left a little hypo.

The pumps and endurance are slightly better with p-slin but I imagine that also comes from the higher carb intake. I am a big fan on AP as well.

I will side with slin on the sheer fact of it's versitility. Results were solid also. I think a combo of the two would be awesome :djparty:

I didn't deadlift because my right foot still cant support my full load, much less what i'd be deadlifting. Im hoping it will be good enough to train some for of legs monday.

P-Slin: 1cap (pre-workout/intra)
Anabolic Pump: 1cap before breakfast and post workout
NeoVar 2.0: 3 caps before breakfast and post workout

I'm taking P-Slin and loving it! I haven't made the MassMonster shake, though. It just seems like wayyyy too much WMS for me. I put in one heaping scoop (35-40g) of WMS and 1/2 cup of ground, old-fashioned oats in my shake for my carb sources.
 
I like wma. is swedish oat the same thing?

plain oats work for me easy simple wham bam gone. also mixed with protein powder and peanbut butter and banana makes them tasty.
 
The oats I actually eat are made by McCann's, and are steel-cut. They are MUCH better than regular oats. More flavorful and a much better texture. The Quaker brand steel-cut oats suck, though. Don't buy those.
 
I dont do that much WMS. I do 100gr total with 1 cap P-Slin opened up. Yea up to 200gr seems insane ecspecially for someone like myself.

I get in about 275gr for the day. 50gr from oats in the am and then 50gr from oats in my post workout shake about 45min after my workout.

Have you guys tried the cinna bun ATW protein with ground oats? All I can say is WOW!!!! It tastes awesome.

I just ordered 16lbs of orange WMS and 5lbs of hydroIsolate/isolate mix from trueprotein.com for this P-Slin mass monster shake.

I got enough for a while of each and went with the orange flavor of both, prem on the protein and reg on the WMS.

Here's the new diet plan with the shake added. Let me know what you think guys. It's getting hard as hell to get all my calories in

Meal 1:
2scoops whey
1cup oats

Meal 2:
6 whole eggs

Meal 3&4:
8oz Lean Turkey of Beef
~1/4cup cheese
1TBS EVOO

P-Slin Mass Monster:
150gr WMS
50gr Whey hydro/isolate

My legs are toast!!! I ghad to cut my quad stretch short because of my foot hurting but whatever.

It's amazing how imature most college people still are. So today when leg pressing I grunted and yelled a little, 14 plates and going to rock bottom will make you do that.

So after I got off the leg press kids are lifting like 5lb DB trying to imitate my yelling and grunting. These are also the 6'2" 165lbs guys with the cut offs. ****en d-bag's. They're everywhere!!!!

I'd chrome their dome if I were you. I try my best not to grunt, but sometimes you have to on the last rep or two. Now, it DOES annoy me when someone is doing high reps and they grunt starting on the first rep.

Yeah I started my DC routine yesterday, when you really apply yourself focus and understand that your last set is supposed ALL OUT INTENSITY its insane. You work your muscles, and mentally your are exhausted.
 
Yea that wasnt the first time they have done it. Next time Im guna say somthing. I started grunting on rep 7 maybe? I dont really remember I was just going balls to the wall until I couldnt move the weight anymore.

I watched the DVD and look over at IM a lot so both, lol.

It is crazy how much you can do. I would have never guessed I could do 405 on leg press for 20 legit 6 sec negative reps......not im a million years.
 
Workout was ok 2day. I was so freaken hot!!!! I worked out at a local Urban Fitness 2nite. A powerlifter came over to me after I did my rack deads and told me I had a great back, so made me feel good.

I pulled somthing in my back spotting I think. I have been somewhat babieng my sprained foot and tweaked somthing in my left back, not good. Im going to head and ice and take some ibprofin and just take it easy.

I think this week or maybe next will be my last week of the Blast. Im starting to get injured for odd reasons.

Going to switch to this split

Mon: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Tue: Back/Hams/Bis
Wed: OFF
Thur: Chest/Shoudlers/Tri's
Fri: Back/Quads/Bi's
Sat & Sun: OFF

Chest/Shoulder/Back/Legs=6sets
Tri's/Bi's/Calves=3sets
Exercises will change each workout. So for chest monday I'll do flat DB bench and Incline Flys. Thur maybe Incline DB Press and flat flys. Get it?

I'll do this for 4 weeks probably then back to DC.
 
A good cruise willl alllow you to recuperate, and still grow, as It wont be as taxing on you. Nurse your injuries well, maybe get some bulk cissus, I know it works wonders for many many people.

I got thru my workout 2nite but holy fcuk my shoulders were killing me. I know i've had some issues before but this was out of the blue it seems. It did get super cold over the weekend and I dont take any joint stuff. Hrmmm

What do my bro's think....blast for another 2 weeks then cruise for 4 or so? I'm still beating my log book it's just my shoulders; it sucks

I was doing reverse grip bench (free weight) for a while. It's an awkward movement if you're new to them. It got to the point where they were too much for my hands and wrists and I gave up on them for a while. I'm still not sure if I like them. Maybe if I did them at the beginning of my workout I'd like them more. hmmmm.

I have yet to give these a try. Maybe in my next routine. It's mainly for tricep improvement on bench, correct?

I think it's just a movment to help overall tricep development, since you have the underhand grip it works a different hread of the tricep......so yea It would help improve your bench too :lol:

It's touch to get a hang of, it will destroy your hands as Papa said. Doing it the DC way is extra tough because it is constant abuse to them.

It took me a while tog et the movement down I I actually felt it in my triceps. IMO can only really be done on the smith machine.
 
What seems to be the problem with ur shoulders? What are your 3 movements? I notice behind the neck smith is one, how low are you going?

As for reverse grip bench, they kill my wrists as well.. I had to take them out for a while.
