i got a free sample, mixed it with my xtend and DDAAAAYYYUUMMMM i hadn't had that much intensity in the gym in a long time.

they were running a contest and i got picked. i received 2 samples of essiantial, one plain and one orange flavor along with a weeks supply of stoked, and some omega 3's

Don't get me wrong, it's a great formulation however if it gave you unsurpassed intensity in the gym I think you need to reevaluate your supplement usage ;)

it was probably all the BCAAs cause i mixed it with xtend and i hadn't had bet alanine in a while
