Uhh... yeah... that's me verbatim.I may take some time off soon. I'm mentally burning out on going everyday. I'm totally physically drained and it is getting harder to get it done. However the vain part of me says no!

Yeah, lately I want to sleep and eat. Probably to make up for the deficit I put myself in.Yeah I hear you on that. I have actually felt like this since I came OFF diet. But for some reason I'm just super tired and want to sleep. Now its not possible to nap here, but..
Problem is everyone gets mad at me when I miss days.
I think for me there might be a health issue. I have dropped 5lbs since Oct 1st while totally not being on diet. I should be putting on weight. I'm super tired, can't concentrate and I'm getting a serious lactic acid feeling when i do train. Its pain all the time, as well as I'm getting weaker. My headaches are nagging and naseau is rolling in. Sucks big time. Add stress at home and I'm ready to blow!
