No Mix 400mgs into the cocktail. There is not a scooper but maybe I can measure.

I had to express ship more powder to NP since the it was selling so fast. Maybe NP can weigh out 400mgs and reccomend a teaspoon size.
Sounds good. I think this will be awesome. I just got my powerhooks and I am ready to take this up to a new level. I also have some mid work out stuff I will be sipping on which has some carbs. My post work out has 80 grams of carbs too from dextros and maltodextrin and 30 grams 29 grams of protein isolation, it also has built in chromium nicotinate. Will that effect the pslin since chromium nicotinate does similar things like pslin? Maybe not as powerfull but what are your thoughts. I was thinking like 400 pre and 400 postmgs of this. Is the best to take the 400mgs 15 min before my cocktail?

Pre work out I will take the true protein mix I bought. Usually I take m pre work out 1 hour before endless it says to take 30 min before.
Mid work out I will take ether size on or some mid work out shake with 20 grams of carbs. My friend bought some volumaize and wanted me to try it out so I may try it out as my mid work out shake. Not sure but it will be size on or volumaize.
Post work out shake with 30 grams of protein isolation 79 grams of carbs.
My work outs very because I work till 2 some times 4 or when ever the last patient is than If I can get in my work out I do if not I teach my martial arts class and I work out after that at around 8.

I will also does 4 caps of prime morning 4 before work outs and 4 after work outs and 4 at night. I bought 6 bottles 3 which got lost when moving boxes around.

GOOD idea.. Has anyone determined what the 400mg is (teaspoons)? My P-Slin is arriving tomorrow and I don't want to over/under dose it when I throw it in my intra shake.

Got mine today, says 1/4 tsp = 400mg

I've used it twice so far, taste isn't really all that bad.

So what's going to be the best dosing protocol as far as overall body composition/fat-loss goes?

So far today I've had like 1200mg -
400mg 20mins prior to pre-workout meal
400mg 20mins prior to post-workout meal (whole meal, 2 hrs after post-workout shake)
400mg 20mins prior to dinner

Remember if you dose to high and eat to little the all day pump feeling with be more of a lethargic(body craving glucose) feeling if your carbohydrates are not high enough.
