That's an illogical way of thinking.that seems kinda retarded, if you cant lift your weight onto your chest you probably shouldnt be lifting those weights.

I disagree, you powerlifters use so many props to help you lift it gets a little ridiculous...bench shirts, squat suits, wrist straps, knee wraps, power hooks, smelling salts etc...etc... it gets to the point where i have to ask, is it you lifting the weight or all your equipment.
Better not use the power hook. If you don't follow the instructions, you could get hurt.Exactly. Thank you for chiming in rx1997. I am close to dumbell benching 100 and I want to make sure I don't throw my rotator cuff off.
