Sometimes you don't realized how valuable something is until it's not there. This was the case when I decided not to use P-Slin intra-workout last Sunday. I took my usual pre-wo dose with ~150g carbs but negleted to make a waxy-maize/p-slin shake that I usually drink during the workout. I definately noticed the difference without it!
I finished my max effort exercise and was ready for my supplementary bench work. I grabbed the dumbells and began to crank out reps but my muscles were spent. I was able to finish my accessory work but after leaving the gym, I was dead. Next time I will definately not forget to bring an intra-wo dose of p-slin to the gym.
