huh? you dont know what you're talking about.Arimidex after a cycle is a poor choice...it works to prevent the formation of estrogen via aromatization....since you arent on cycle, there wont be any aromatization. Nolva would be better in your situation as it will simply compete at the receptor site and hinder it from binding....

Letr/Dex would have a different effect than ATD, 6-bromo, etc.
what are you people talking about????I recall seeing research that should that letro increased test levels. Your body reacts to the low level of estrogen by trying to make more test and hence more estrogen.
Just not certain on the dose and if I should do it ed, e2d or e3d. I am leaning towards e3d with a low dose of letro.
huh? you dont know what you're talking about.
"there won't be any aromatization"??? how about that of your natural testosterone? the suppression of your naturally produced E will generally increase free T levels.
i like using an AI off-cycle...but i personally recommend sticking with the milder ones like 6OXO, formestane and such....i find adex, letro and even ATD to be too strong/harsh.
nolva/clomid are not bad choices either...in fact 25mg clomid long-term is an effective HRT in some people.
no holy is completely right. ur own testosterone does not aromatize since it is your own naturally produced by your body. An AI only blocks estrogen and keeps it from getting to higher levels while using it. your testosterone blood/base line will never really increase, just your free test which will look like it has increased in comparison to the suppressed estrogen. nolva would be the best option. adex is primarily on cycle, like holy said, to combat increased aromatization and water retention by such compounds as for example Test E. letro is better for treating gyno i believe. but hey to each his own....
what are you people talking about????
you make as much sense as the last guy. by your logic, an AI would increase estrogen...it doesnt.
letro @ E3D is a mistake, IMHO. the E swings are too pronounced.
i'm done in this forum. you kids need to read and understand more and post/experiment less.

I can assure you I do know what Im talking about, and if you honestly think the miniscule amount of aromatization that will be occurring in THE ALREADY SUPPRESSED TESTES (you did read that he was in his "off" time right?) would justify arimidex you are so off base its not even funny...
Lets go over this again...POST CYCLE, when the testes are suppressed and aromatization is minimal, arimidex is not the best choice. Nolva is better because it will still be able to block much of the remaining estrogen from binding to the receptors.
Wait, let me get this right...you just recommended the guy the same thing I did and yet I dont know what Im talking about?
there is always some form of aromatization, its the amount that occurs that will vary.
Exactly..... The guy indicated he would be in his "off time", so its fairly safe to assume there is some suppression going on. There is virtually no chance he'll have enough available testosterone that it will aromatize to any degree.

Okay so it would be better to use a SERM rather than an AI to bump up total test?
I have finished pct using nolva and I tried sustain alpha as well. Cycle finished the end of june.
Was thinking of trying out nettle(really nutra's tnt) during my off period and was curious to if I could make the supp work better.
i never do post cycle therapy without an AI, i feel serms are the reason for estrogen rebound when used alone
you can do massFX and Reversitol or max out and hyperdrol X2
or mass FX and hyperdrol or max out and Reversitol
you may like those stacks, i think mass FX and reversitol would work really greeat together.
nolva and arimidex have interactions where one will not work as well as it should when used together,Certainly when you discontinue the nolva, there will be an estrogen rebound...we hope at that point though that the test levels have returned enough to sufficiently offset that....
In all actuality, the best "textbook" protocol would include arimidex AND nolvadex. The arimidex would certainly act as you suggest, but the nolva would work better to stop the endogenous estrogen from binding...I just think its overkill for most people.

It was bound to happen, I guess, but its time to agree that we disagree finally! LOL

yea we all got our difference in views, but hey, we still agree on many things, so we can defienetly learn from eachother, or open up different avenues to explore
okay, I am going to bump this. I am definitly fine with just using the nettle by itself, but I was curious to if using an AI or SERM would make this product better as one would have higher levels of testosterone.
Why would 6 bromo be better- I do not understand that part.
Plus I do not have 6 bromo and I am not certain if supp companies have issues with that product clearing customs into canada- just saying that it may be an issue to get?
