Superdrol Cycle (advice)

Ok. Well I have my Superdrol, nolva, and AI Cycle Support.

How does this look

Weeks 1-2:
CYCLE SUPPORT 1/DAILY, MAYBE ONCE EVERY 2 DAYS

Week 3:
10mg SD
AICS 2XDAY

Week 4:
10mg SD
AICS 2XDAY

Week5:
20 mg SD
AICS 2XDAY

Week 6:
20 mg SD
AICS 2XDAY

PCT:
NOLVA 20/20/10/10
AND AI POST CYCLE 1 a.m. 1 p.m.
 
what is ur age, height weight, bf%, and previous hormone use?
also how is the diet lookin
 
Hey bro do this instead:

Start take=ing cycle support a week before you start.

WEEK 1 = SD 10mg ed + Cycle support
WEEK 2 = SD 20mg ed + Cycle support
WEEK 3 = SD 20mg ed + Cycle support

PCT will start 2 days after your last superdrol dose.

Nolva PCT protocol:
Day 1 - 60mg
Days 2 – 10: 40mg
Days 11 – 21: 20mg

Clomid PCT protocol:
Day 1 - 150mg
Days 2 – 10: 100mg
Days 11 – 21: 50mg
 
I am 24, around 195 at 6 foot. Diet consists of around 3000 cals/day. Mostly eggs, milks, protein, oatmeal, fish or chicken and nuts of some sort. Body fat somewhere around 12-15%.

No PH/PS before, just a lot of training and creatine use.

for a first ph i would use something milder like epi/havoc. you will still see great gains w/o the harsh sides. best of luck

i second this and h-drol would also be a good choice. but if your dead set on running superdorl then google 'Superdrol for Dummies"
 
i think at those doses he should be fine running superdrol for his first cycle. but epi/havoc shouldnt would be a great first cycle as well. good luck.
 
Well I appreciate the input, I am still going to run the cycle too. I have read a lot on forums, superdrol for dummies, and advice from many friends. I have been in many competitions and I think this will be the best time for me.

When you said "that" dose of SD did you mean mine for 4 weeks or the other guys for 3?
 
Also I have been reading about alot of guys saying that 3-AD would stack well with SD or MBOL. So if I got the bottle, would 3/day mix in well with this cycle or should I start taking one before the other.
 
Superdrol is a very poor choice for your 1st. It is extremly harsh and the lethargy can be brutal. But if you going to run it only do 3 weeks 10/10/10 or 10/10/20 preload the Cycle Support for 10-14 days and keep running during the cycle.

Post Cycle Support weeks 2-5 of pct 2 caps a.m. and 2 caps p.m.

what ever you do DO NOT use this PCT protocol for PCT

60mg is way over kill for nolva, and soo is 40mg, no matter how long your on it. 20mg for 4 weeks for nolva is fine.

clomid should be 100/50/50/50

also id rather do a 20/20/20 of mdrol.

Yea I didn't agree with that PCT. I was just going to follow the 20/20/20/20 with AI POST CYCLE from around 2-5 weeks.
