End of first week on Pplex, so far so great, up 7 pds. Could be water, but lets hope a majority of it is muscle.

Now, im going to start taking two CEL pplex pills a day, how far should i spread apart, or should i take at same time, i just got this new bottle about a week ago, so im not sure what the mg is, but im thinking its 15.

if you're taking 1 pill and gaining, why mess with it. more pills does not equal better gains. it equals more sides, like back pumps, male baldness, etc. if you stop gaining weight or strength from it, then bump it up, not before.
