So what,, yes i do get some dumps from AP & P-slin,, i get it in bulk and love it so much i just deal w/ the dump issue... Your body does get less effected by the dump in time,,, just get through a few weeeks of it,, then i usually just get gassey....
Find your time for the carbs after taking it,, then about a month later you will see the night crawler on the bicept,, then tell me it ain't doing nothin... Gotta hit the gym hard though,, no talkin..
I hit it heavy for 1st 1/2 hour,, then lighten it up an start an endless bench. Do 20 reeps,, then hold it up for 3 seconds, let the pain out,, then do another,, repeat for as many as you can handle.... then rest for 30 seconds.... do 15 reps,, do the pause thing till you hit 20 or 25...
If you took your AP or pslin,, and carbed up right,,,, you will get the pump that everyone will look at.
You just can't do a normal workout,,, really push it,, do the rest thing and push one more etime,, then hold it up,, and one moree ,,etc... Thats how you get the pump...
If you can't take that kind of burn,, keep your skirt on and get the F%^k out !!!
