glycergrow VS gms

I'd like to try one of these two. Does anyone know how glycergrow differs from the bulk gms at NP? I've looked around and I'm unable to find an ingredient list for glycergrow.

I dont know the difference but what I do know is that the GMS is like $3, I plan to pick some up myself with my next order.
 
Yea, If I was going to get the glycergrow, then I'd get the gms too. But if all I need is the gms, then I'd gust order that to try it out. I think GMS is the ingredient in Size On that makes it work so good, so I want to try it on it's own.

So far the only advantage to the glycergrow would be the directions and a serving size.
 
gms is a part of what makes size on good. Id use sizeon all the time if it were not so expensive.

you must take a huge! amount of water with it
plus it takes weirdly sweet and the stuff sticks to the cup, maybe if you leave it there for 30, itl go away

stacked with creatine mono itll be cheap and effective, i just could handle to nausea with ingesting a large amount of water gms and creatine mono.effective though, but you also feel bloated

i didnt like it too much

id give a neutral review. maybe it works for other

i dont see the long term muscle potentiol for gms. all it does is make your body temporaly retain water. Pro,amateur bodybuilders, ive heard use it, without taking water, to get more dry and ripped. so i really dont see performance enchancing effects, just temporary physique enchancing effects, either being bloated or being ripped.

So glycergrow contains GMS, and a synergistic blend of ingredients for dirt cheap.

As you can see, electrolytes play a big role when it comes to hydration.

Recommended dose is 3 small scoops pre workout, only on workout days. Not really huge IMO, considering there's 120+ servings in the tub at this dose.

This is true with GMS as well. The more water you take, the better your results will be.

Yup, we recommend scooping it directly in your mouth, as the water solubility is an issue (quite obvious why.)

I just ordered some gms from nutra, along with bulk creatine, potassium gluconate, and I plan on mixing them with some Xtend I have, and we'll see how that goes for a pre-workout. I hope it works, cuz it is dirt cheap.

it will work but wont be the best, but price money ratio it will be good for

but take that mix pre during and even after if u can afford it

the more xtend the better
 
i've been looking into glycergrow lately. it's very well priced for a non-bulk product if I am reading the label correctly
 
GMS from Nutra does not dissolve. Be prepared to just dump some in small glasses and chug it down that way.

Mixing 2tsp in a larger mixer didn't work so well for me.


Does glycergrow have the same problem with dissolving?

yeah, the glycergrow has the same warning on the label, saying that it won't really mix. the price on glycergrow seems comparable to a bulk product with some extras, which is reasonable considering it only has a few ingredients and is unflavored.

Go with GG. I bought GMS in bulk and the stuff was like paint chips. I couldn't even use it. I then bought GG and have been happy with it. I have had it for a year, use it every workout and the tub is over half full still.
 
i used to buy nutra bulk gms and taurine, but glycergrow is such a large container, so cheap, and so many servings that I just use glycergrow now as its about as cheap as bulks.

Very effective supp for pumps and muscle fullness, also packs water weight onto you but all in muscle bellies not sub-q under the skin.

Vascularity also improves.
 
Ya def go with GG it lasts forever as is and the taurine and electrolytes compliment the GMS nicely :)
