Hello,
Just want to share my experience with 3-AD. I am 35y, 211lbs and 6.1. Lifting weights on and off over the past 10 years but being very serious (3x per week at least) over the last 2 years.
3-AD was my 4th PH/PS cycle in the last 2 years and my second this year. I also had some “real” AAS experience when I was in my early twenties but after this I did not take any gear until last year.
All my cycles were successful and I always reached my goals in terms of gains. Not so with 3-AD though. Today is my last day on 3-AD.
My cycle layout was:
1w 4caps
2-4w 6caps
5w 4caps
Taken with a fatty meal! (20-30g fat)
Supportsupps: Hawthorn berry, Fish oil, Saw Palmetto, ZMA, Multi Vitamin + Protein.
PCT: aPCT + Creatin + Support Supps. I don’t feel shutdown at all, not even suppressed. In fact I don’t feel that I would need PCT at all (Will still follow my PCT protocol).
Results:
Overall feeling during the cycle was very well. Workouts were good and focused.
Weight gains No, gains at all
Strength gains Yes, I had some nice strength gains
Sides: Yepp, acne on arms/shoulders and face (got better further in the cycle but remained), great horniness all through the cycle. I mean really that’s the side I liked and enjoyed per today
Overall I must say that 3-AD is probably the mildest ph I have ever tried. For me 4caps didn’t do anything, I could feel 3-AD when taking 6caps per day, if I would have had more 3-AD, I would have bumped it up to 8caps per day. For me the price/ gains ratio is not very good.
In my opinion 3-AD makes a good newbie / first cycle ph but for more experienced users it will not do much.
I started 3-AD about 3 weeks after my last PCT. I did a halo/ epi bridge and gained 20lbs in 6 wks. Maybe this is the reason why my body/ receptors did not respond to the mild 3-AD so well.
I do not regret taking 3-AD since it gave me this feeling of well being and this horniness
+ some nice strength gains in the gym but for me 3-AD is way too mild as to really feel it and gain any weight off of it.
