PROMO: Universal Intra-Aid - The Latest Addition To The Universal Line

got my Intra-Aid in yesterday and decided to try it out properly...

i'll post my thoughts in the "Intra-Aid: My First Experience" thread as well as in my Pump vs. ST log.
 
Should be hitting the gym again sometime within the next week. I'm very anxious! I'm definitely looking forward to trying this. I'm eager to see how much of an improvement there will be in my workouts.

i just added my Intra-Aid log right in with my ST/Pump log...
firgured that i was running the "Big Picture Stack" so i might as well just make it a one-stop-shop (read) :study:

after that, i'll continue updates regarding Intra-Aid and my stack.

Definitely interested to see if anyone comes up with creative mixes for the intra aid... I have heard of some freezing theres for a slushie effect, others adding bcaas or eaas to it...

LOL! I've done so much mixing with it the past week that now I'm back onto to using it by itself again bro. The flavor deff mixes well with any fruit flavored product though.
 
i had IA solo: good taste, but i need something with a little "bite" or tartness to be thirst-quenching.

IA + grape Gatorade powder: damn tasty...
just the right amount of taste and some tartness...
plus a little bit more electrolytes and carbs.

IA + grape ST: similar to mixing with grape Gatorade... very good IMO
Update 9/29: IA + storm (fruit punch)... tasty. the fruit punch Storm gives the mix just enough "tang"

upcoming mixes:
IA + storm (grape)
IA + EAA Stack Watermelon (how can you go wrong with this? haha)
IA + EAA Nitro: my old intra-wo + my new one!

Yeah i got mine, i just started using it within the past week... was waiting til my EAA nitro was finished. Do you want me to throw up a log here and/or post up my log from animalpak.com?
