I've primarily been taking PRIME with meals. I will tell you one meal I had that created arguably the biggest most intense pumps I've ever felt. I had a phenomenal workout as well. In all fairness I popped 1 AP in addition to the PRIME. BTW this is delicious
Avocado-Banana Chocolate Smoothie
1 Small Avocado (TONS of healthy fats)
1 Medium Banana
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup Water
Jakell if you're looking to up your fat intake, I swear by unrefined coconut oil. Look it up (And get deodorized if you can, hard to find and pricey though but it tastes much better).
