SD Pulse ---- Pee Question :)

Hey guys,

Running a 2 week pulsed SD (2x10mg per day) cycle.

Currently on my last day, however I have noticed that I seem to have "foamy" urine about 24 hours after my last dose.

I think it maybe excess protein in the urine, not sure.

Just to verify:
:: No lower back pain
:: Some mild water retention in morning (puffy face)
:: Peeing normally, i.e if i drink a glass of water 30 mins later i need to take a pee.
:: Urine is puffy and dark

I suspect I may be dehydrated and the extreme breakdown of muscle tissue (on days off from the sd workout days) and excess protein intake is resulting in excess protein in the urine - leaving me dehydrated.

gonna have my end of cycle checkout on Wed, but just wondered if you guys have ever experienced this.

Supps:

2x 10mg sd EOD
Life Support 2x daily ED
Milk Thistle 1000mg on day off extra
250 grams of protein Per Day
Restore from ALRI on off days.

any input welcome. Also, do you guys eat more or less on your off days, than on the days your pulsing?

Yea bro I thought I was the only one that got foamy pee...ahahaha

Good to see ur still alive homie.

haha ladies yeah im back.
Been busy with college and business etc.

thanks for the reply guys, i woke up this morning and my face was kinda puffy ...first thought estrogen overload , then took a pee

Damn, looked like nigra falls complete with foam and everything, probably could have seen a rainbow if you looked at it in the right light haha.

Its weird guys, like i dont seem to pee much on my day off, then that night i wake up like 2 or 3 times to go for some giant waterworks and the pee is usually dark.

I assumed it was due to the breakdown of old muscle fiber (about 24 hours post workout) flooding the body with proteins which require mass peeing.

just a theory though :p

Probably attributed to your elevated protein intake and subsequent blood nitrogen levels. The nitrogen is present in a chemical called urea. Urea is a waste product produced as your body digests protein. Urea is carried by the blood to the kidneys, which filter the urea out of the blood and into the urine.

I would encourage a comprehensive metabolic panel done if this continues for any significant length of time to be on the safe side.

Oh yeah, welcome back spud! :afro:

ha thanks bro!

Yeah it usually only occurs on the morning AFTER my day off (just before i take my next dose).

Rest of the day is fine, nada.

Like i said everything else seems to be in check, whites of eyes normal, no lower back pain, bp in check, blood sugar fine, no nausea etc etc

Just drank a Glaxosmith medical dehydration/re-hydration pack haha, that should be manditory on cycle:p nothing like it.

Yeah, definitely a fairly typical occurance with the first urination of the day as you've described. The overnight dwell period enhances concentration making it more evident at that time.

Just keep that hydration in check, and all should be well my friend. :D
