Pmiller's SNS Log featuring TTA-ATD-CEE

TTA-500
I did a way in yesterday but I had a meal in me so its not the most accurate, none the less I came in at 221lbs. I really can't believe I am losing anything with the way my diet has been. I have been eating slightly over maintenance with all clean calories. I am really starting to notice the leaning effect since I have been taking a TTA before my workout, without any calories being consumed for roughly 1 hour after dosing ( I drink a shake during training ).
Creatine-E2
I am just about to reach my deload week and I am pretty happy with the intensity in my workouts up to this point. I have been going balls out on my main lifts but still have enough energy and strength to progress on my accessory lifts as well.
Inhibit-E
I am going to cut back in the next week because my elbow is starting to feel a little rusty. My plan is to take tonight and tomorrow off of the ATD and take 50mg's both Friday and Saturday night (nights before max effort lifting this week) and the go 25 mg EOD next week. I think my elbow is acting up because of all the pressing I have been doing this mini-cycle but I don't think the ATD is contributing to it to much because I have had the same problems in the past with similar mini-cycles.....Damn doubled mini bands while pressing.

TTA-500
Another weight in today and I was at 218, don't know if I took some kind of natural diuretic or something but I am dropping weight while not trying. I have had some bad allergies the last two days too so that could have kicked my metabolism up a little trying to fight it all off. I actually upped my sodium and water intake today so that I could get a little bloat for tomorrow as I am throwing on my squat gear for some heavy overloads.
Creatine-E2
I really like the convenience of the pills compared to creatine powders, mainly because I can pop them during my class and then head off to train once the class lets out. With powders I have to make bring a shaker, make a drink, and the fight back funny faces while drinking but the worst part is I usually leave a chalky layer of creatine throughout my shaker cup which should be in me forcing me to GFH.
Inhibit-E
Little funny story here, I had a pill of the Inhibit in my mouth yesterday and was walking to kitchen to get a drink when I seen my cat chewing a twist tie. So I went to get the twist tie from him so he didn't choke and the little tird took off on me. I started chasing him around the house with the Inhibit sitting under my tongue and finally got him cornered up stairs. I get the twist tie from him and the Inhibit breaks open in my mouth, not very enjoyable and highly unrecommended.

I should get some video next time our group goes full gear for a training session, that is what I think is the most entertaining part of my training. We will spend 20 minutes of holding a guy up by the straps on his squat suit as he is kick and wiggling to get it to fit, then cast his legs up in wrist wraps, notch his belt two past what it should be just for him to do 1 squat.....Then Repeat.

TTA-500
I am still dosing at 2 grams a day (4 caps total) and I am really surprised that I am losing weight despite a slight caloric surplus. I ate a 6' sub this weekend for probably the first time in about 3 years in addition to my normal diet and weighed in today at 217. I am going to up my calories this week mainly from fats and try to get up a couple pounds since this is my deload week and next week I go back into intense training.
Inhibit-E
I have been noticing better recovery from my max effort days for the past couple weeks now, but also I have been taking a nap after each session which could greatly be helping me out as well. I actually think the Inhibit is influencing me to nap after my training and has helped me get better sleep at night. I think I got about another week left of both all three products and then may a few extra days of Inhibit so I will see how I feel at the end of my deload and how my strength is going once I get back into the second part of my training cycle next week.

TTA-500
Due to some circumstances at work I ended up taking a TTA cap and not eating for about 60 minutes after. I noticed that the TTA actually helped out my hunger which helped me not get a pissy while working. (Yeah I admit I get pissy when I don't have that 5th meal of the day at work) Also I noticed a lot of water retention the past few days and I believe it was triggered by my B-day dinner earlier in the week, it had a lot of salt and I think that really synergises with the TTA for some serious water rentention.
Creatine-E2
While this is my deload week from training so I am doing a lot more high rep exercises than normal. I had pretty stellar endurance for my training session today and managed to feel like I got a good workout in even though I was taking it easy.
Inhibit-E
I have been taking a couple nights a week off of the ATD all together and my joints and everything feel back to normal right now. Pretty much the strategy I have been using for this past week is 3 nights 50mg 2nights 25mg and 2 nights off.
Other
Only a few days left with the TTA, so once that is done I am going to cycle off of the creatine and then take the ATD for about one more week.

Inhibit-E: I am going to start with 1 cap tonight because I figured instead of starting everything at once I would spread it out over a couple days so if something went bad I could pinpoint it. I am probably going to take the Inhibit-E along side my fishoil and maybe some casein before bed.
Subbed. And very wise on the dosing. A lot of the people that have complained about libido and/or joint issues from ATD were using 75 mg. or even more per day. It is a very powerful AI. A little goes a long way with this one! 25 mg. of ATD per night is a good dose. The extra 25 mg. before your workouts shouldn't hurt either.

TTA-500
Holy Bloat Batman! When I went to the gym today I gave myself a weigh in and was a hair lower than 221, which I was happy to see myself at. I went to put on my briefs fro squats and I couldn't believe how much more tight they have gotten since last week. I actually have bruises from the seems on my hips today and I was only wearing a pair of compression shorts under them. The squatting felt great because I was getting so much support out of my briefs (which are old and to big so I haven't really gotten the full effect of briefs)
Other
Today was my max effort lower body for my deload week and I kept the weights pretty reasonable today. I worked up to 3 sets of 5 reps on sponge bob box squats at 315lbs and then some light accessory work. One more day left with the TTA so I am going to take a pic tomorrow and then one once I loose some water so everyone can compare the two.

Hey bro. What kind of briefs are you talking about here? I have some tight compression shorts that I wear when I'm squatting. But I see you wear those under the briefs. I was curious as to what kind of briefs these are? I miss my old super-suit from my powerlifting days.

I wear an old pair of Titan briefs that are actually made for a 242lber. I actually just ordered a Metal V-Type King Squatter and that should be coming here on Monday. What I will probably do is ditch the briefs and just use the suit with the straps down for now. The compression shorts are just a pair of under armor shorts that I picked up so that the briefs and suit would slide on easier, its not like a really get support out of them.

Yea I've got those same compression shorts. I find cardio better without the boys dangling.
Btw what are GHR ___ (Abs, etc)

Hey bro, I don't mean to be an annoying little beeyatch, but can you give me a link to these "King Squatters"? I'd like a lot more support than just what the compression shorts deliver.

Dang, if you said mailbox I was going to tell him you sent him your pair :icon_lol:
And I would have washed them and worn them. I'm not a hater!! :toofunny:

Pmiller... be sure to keep me updated on the metal briefs... i want some soooo bad... i know i would be in the 550 range with them....

damnit...

I actually am just getting a full suit and then I am not going to put the straps up unless we are suppose to be in full gear that training day. The guy I train with was talking to J. Wendler and he said I may have to get the suit tailored for the right length but he also gave me a good suggestion to go to a shoe repair place and get my chuck's built up a little like an oly shoe to help my balance out.

TTA-500
I finished up the bottle of TTA today and also managed to press a ten pound PR on my illegal wide presses, 6 reps at 325lbs. I could have probably gone up another 5 to 10 pounds but I kept it easy to finish up the deload week. My weight today was 220 lbs on the dot so I am pretty happy about that. I took some pics yesterday that I will post up shortly to show water bloat and then I will snap some more in the next few days to show any water loss.
Inhibit-e
I got a little bit of the bottle left and will run it for the rest of the week EOD. I did dips today which is an exercise that usually leaves my elbows grinding but surprisingly they felt good today, I am interested to see if tomorrow is the same.
Creatine-E2
I ceased my creatine yesterday because I have been running creatine for a total of 8 weeks straight now. I will be interested to see if that causes me to lose any additional weight or endurance over the next week. I will put up a final review towards the end of the week.

Outstanding log as always Pmiller. And nice work on those "illegal wide presses" as well! :clap2:

Nice log...look forward to final thoughts....i find it funny that I don't know what half the movements you do even look like! GHR, Illegal Wide Press....I feel kinda sad know Im just doing Leg curls and military presses...must google these things!

Final Review
TTA-500
I really enjoyed the TTA, I lost a couple pounds with out trying or manipulating my diet (actually I ate a little more than usual.) I did not have any side effects commonly coupled with TTA such as cramping, but I did feel a little bloated during some of the log. The dosing was easy and convenient, and after dosing I would usually notice by body heat go up a little bit. Out of any diet/fatloss supplements I have tried I can honestly say that this will be my most recommended simple supplement (By simple I mean there is not a complex amount of ingredients or things to stack). A++ in my book
Creatine-E2
I have honestly tried just about every type of creatine out there and I can put this one in my top 5 for noticeable results. I can tell right away that it helped my endurance and recovery just because I have been off of it for almost a week now and I just did not have that extra rep in me for the past two training sessions like I did previously. Also from an economical standpoint your really can beat this deal. I mean you get about a years worth of creatine if you cycle it in one container. One of my favorite aspects of this product is that it is not mixed with a bunch of other junk or a bulk powder that can be a pain to remember to take if you are at work or something. I will probably mix this Creatine with a Kre-Alkalyn containing product in the near future to see if there is any synergy. Honestly a good staple product right here that is not only affordable but also convenient and effective.
Inhibit-E
Anyone that talks bad about ATD has just not found the optimal dosing IMO. As long as you use the supplement responsibly and do not try and totally eradicate estrogen, it can be a very enjoyable product to use. Some things I noticed right away were raised libido, vivid dreams, more restful sleep, muscle density at rest, and even emotional stability. I also like the fact that when using the product with a low dose you do not experience an estrogen rebound like some AI will cause. My next venture with ATD is going to be in a transdermal route, but if not I will probably just go with the Inhibit-E again. Like all of SNS' products it is reasonable priced and simple enough to allow for customized stacking ideals. Just make sure what ever sport/organization you compete in does not ban ATD like the IFBB (IIRC) is planning on doing in January.
Did I achieve my goals?
Yes! I got a little stronger and lost a very little amount of weight. I noticed a lot of improvement in my dynamic lifting and will find out this weekend if my max effort lifts improved. I will keep everyone notified. I know for a fact though that I was able to add 10lbs easily to my illegal wide presses for a set of 6 over the course of a month. Tomorrow I will be testing reverse band squats and Sunday I will test my Shirted bench
Pics
I attached pics below to show the water I was holding. It may be hard to tell by the pics because I am not exactly shredded by any means lol but I can definitely feel a difference in my clothing. Any picture where I am wearing a beanie was taken this morningm 4 days after the other pictures.

Good review P! Always enjoyable following your logs, catching little tidbits that I don't notice/look for due to our different goals. I esp. liked the education on the ATD dosing.

Best to ya in your competition! :clean:

Do you have issues getting to depth or are you saying that the briefs will cause some balance issues?

Either way, wendler doesnt have a clue...:fool2:
jk...

No, the suit I bought does not have velcro straps so I was anticipating that it may be a hair long so I wouldn't get the full amount of support out of it. I tried it on the second it showed up and its a perfect fit so I dont have to worry about it. Getting my shoes built up is to help with my club foot. My ligaments do not connect right in my right foot and ankle so I have a problem keeping my feet planted while squatting.

Well just an update, I went to retest my shirted press today and the shirt I used a month ago was way to big today. I mean I could get the thing fully seated by myself no problem. Still managed to get a double at 425 with very little help from the shirt of the chest.

Awesome! Way to go pmiller!! :clap2: My old shirt was so tight, it took 2 guys tuggin' like mad to get it on me. My shoulders were pulled forward. I had to fight to bring the bar down it seemed like!

Thanks TG, I was actually touching way to easy today with the poly shirt I was using. For my last set I switched to a denim shirt and the grove seemed a lot better and the support was stiffer so I think that is what I am going to start training with until I get my own shirt or gain about 15lbs....
