Well guysot a problem I have not been feeling so hot lately. I felt Sh1tty yesterday so i skipped on the gym. Don't feel so hot today either. The main problem is that i have school work to do tonight and Tomorrow starts the swell of the year. Tomorrow is supposed to be double overhead and glassy same for thurs. then head high on fri and sat. So i don't know when i amgoing to get to the gym,. but i have to surf i never get swell like this so i guess no gym for little bit but cardio for sure.What do yall think?

Go surf, the gym ain't going anywhere. Bodybuilding is meant to improve quality of life, not restrict your fun. Unless you've got a show coming up, you're not on a scheduled time line for musculature goals.

Not to mention surfing is no sedentary activity, you're still on point in the general scheme of things.

I really wasn't expecting to hear you say that. After you sat and waited for your car to be repaired and then had to rent a car to go to the gym to workout. :confused: I expected you to say, there's no excuses. Or are you just being nice? lol I think hman should try to get in some quick whole body workouts. At least 3 a week of a basic move for each bodypart until his schedule lets up. Move through it quickly and he can be finished in about 45 minutes. And then not feel guilty. I know it's okay to skip a workout, but the guilt eats at most people. It does me. I'm weak in that way I guess. :sad:
 
Well he isnt feeling well. So I wouldnt push yourself. Surfing will def make you feel better tho! Surfs up brah! :cheers:

Well just a little update. I surfed forever yesterday and it was the shiz. i caught probably somewhere in the 100's of waves so i am happy about that. Even caught a couple nice barrels. Accidently came home last night(high as fcuk) and ate alot of cookie stuff my mom makes. But it was worth it. I woke up this morning and i was lean as hell looking. I was also sore as hell and couldn't get out of bed till 11:00. I was going to go again today but had to finish homework. I am going for sure tomorrow though so i might get to the gym tomorrow might not. i will have to play it by ear. this will probably be about the last week of epi though. I have slacked pretty bad this last week and need to make up for it in the very last week.
 
Rest up and hit those weights hard tomorrow broski

Well I have to vent a little. Some of you may remember me talking a while back about me getting a dui. Well i have had my license back for months now. The dui happened in georgia and i got my georgia license takin away and then got it reinstated when i got done. Well i moved back to florida a couple months ago and got a florida license back. That just brings you up to speed.......Yesterday i went to the beach to go surfing. I get there and i soon as i get into the park the cop pulls me over. The cop comes to my car and insists that i know why she pulled me over(she was hot too). I repeated that i had no idea and she looked at me like i was lying and took my license and registration. She finally comes back and tells me that my license is revoked. I say there is no way that that is possible. she then tells me it was from my dui. i told her my situation and that i have had my license back for months and they dmv gave me this license. why would they give me a license and not tell me that it is revoked. that sh1t pissed me off so much. She ripped up my license and told me that i had to get someone to come drive my car or she would impound it. So i got a 330.00 dollar ticket, i had to go to the dmv and pay $195 to get it reinstated and a new card. WTF? I hate the government. Why would i have to get my license reinstated in 2 states? Sorry if this is boring but i had to let it out. There is no fukcing way i am paying that ticket though.
 
Dude, if I shared my personal feelings about the DMV and some b!itch @$$ cop experiences, Jayhawk would have no choice but report my posts to the feds.

Here's an innocent and short story. Hot chick was in front of me, I pulled up next to hot chick and burned ahead of her. She started chasing me. We pulled up to a red light and lined up our cars. Light turns green and we jam. We both zoom past a cop waiting on the side somewhere, boom, I had it coming. We both get pulled over, hot chick's vehicle is in front of mine. Cop goes to her car first, she eventually drives off with no ticket. I'm thinking, cool, he's going to let us off with a warning, wrong, I got a speeding ticket. Did I deserve it? Absolutely, but so did that hot chick that got let off! WTF!!

His excuse, "You were the leading car" WE BOTH BROKE THE F'ING SPEED LIMIT!!! This really happened and that really was his excuse for letting her off, but handing me a slap down.

You haven't experienced the full joy of the DMV, until you've visited a So Cal DMV.

It's bullshyt no doubt. However, if you do not pay the ticket, you will get a warrant out for you arrest. Then you'll have more to worry about that just the $330. You can make payments on it, it doesn't have to be paid in full. They will work with you on that if you tell them you can't pay it. I've been caught going 92 in a 75, 80 in a 45, WASN'T caught doing 60 in a 25 ;) was charged with running a red light(which i did not do) going 60 in a 45(which i did not do) and was charged with possession, all in the past 2yrs. The red light and 60 in a 45 were the same situation. An old dude pulled out in front of me while on my street bike, i hit the brakes fishtailed, and slammed into the back of his van. He told the cops I was riding irradically and was speeding. What really happened was he did not look 1 last time prior to pulling out of the intersection and didn't see me, but i'm the 22yr old on the crotch rocket and he's the senior in the van, so you know how that goes. I know a little about traffic tickets and fines :lol: I just like to support my local government and give them thousands of my hard earned dollars so they can pave roads over and stuff, lol. I consider myself to be a great citizen :)
 
Yeah i hear ya bass, but i am not going to pay that. They messed up by issuing me a license when it revoked.

Some lethargy, back pumps have been bad at times, libido is high as hell but that is always that way. Overall so much bullsh1t has come up this cycle it has really limited my full potential. I am going to go out in a bang though.

I hate the lethargy phase. I'm not a good sleeper as is, and I don't think I get solid recoveries from rest, so I'm just always tired anyway, but when I get the added lethargy from PH's, I'm a freaking wreck!

I bet. I've never tried a PH strong enough to require Rx PCT, just Junglewarfare and 3-AD, and even those made it rough on me. I've read and heard stories of M-Drol, S-Drol, and they sound pretty rough, (and Superdrol is an O.G. PH, so I can only imagine).
