Great job Nunes! This makes me doubt even further the Dbol was legit though :o

It should've had you feeling extraordinary (your joints too).
It was a methyl cause my liver enzymes went trough the roof if you remember, but maybe not d-bol, its difficult to know, UG labs are a pain in the ass:rant:
interesting...so if taken sublingually, what would be an effective dose of 4ad for say someone who is in the 185 lb. range? Also, perhaps a dumb question but do you just break open the cap and simply let the powder dissolve under the tongue?

Agreed...but there's some doubt as to whether I can properly dissolve my Ergopharm 4ad caps into a transdermal solution due to the caps containing other additives (namely magnesium stearate and cornstarch I believe)

I wouldn't try to put them into a transdermal. Those fillers won't allow it. It would be very difficult to remove the binders from the compound. You'll have to pop those bad boys open and put that shizz under your tongue!! :hammer:

okay so what do you think would be an effective daily dose?...the Ergopharm caps are 300mg each

The 4AD bulk powder worked better but it's long gone :( That said, since caps have filler in them, chances are the powder from the cap won't fully dissolve. When I use my 4AD caps sublingual I empty about 50-100mg under my tongue - keep my tongue 'still' for about 5-10 minutes with no drinking or eating. Then after about 5-10 min I'll wash any remaining power down with water.

Years ago when 4AD was the big thing, Bill Phillips discussed dosing once and said he estimated something like 50-75mg of sublingual 4AD would equal 200mg of oral 4AD.
 
today i was warned that maybe I have to go work abroad for 15 days on the 2 of October, if that happen I`ll make some changes to my cycle.
since pct is a disgrace when your working abroad(i wont risk passing costumes of another country with some stuff),and sometimes you just cant train at all, I will push the mass tabs till next Thursday and then I will began with 200mg ed of furazadrol till the end of the month, I`ll also go with the primo till the end of the month and then since primo is a long ester it will probably stay in the system for 7 more days , then I`ll take 6 caps a day of 11-oxo bridge for more 8 days and then I`m home and I go with my PCT.
what do you guys think about this?

Might be hard to sublingually dose 100mg at a time cause my caps are 300mg each. :jaw:

yeah, I think is the best approach not to mess everything up, I`m not glad with it but maybe the tapering will help with the recovery without ruining the gains, lets see.

One of the things that limits my gains its the cardio, a lot of soccer and 1 more cardio day its too much, I`ll keep the soccer but no more cardio in the gym till the end of the cycle.
soccer is a $hit to put weight on and limits my leg training also, but I love it so much I just cant stand to stay away from the fields:sad:
 
DAY 16

DOSAGE: the same as planned

WEIGHT: 5 pounds up

STRENGTH: definitively up

ENDURANCE: good

SIDES: nothing to report

RESUME:5 more days , 1 more pound of muscle but I`m sure I also lost some body fat so this cycle has probably send my muscle weight 6 pounds up.
IMO this is not a big deal but better than naty , if I had to choose in using the masstabs and andriol again I probably wouldn't use them.
I was expecting a faster kick in with mass, but the problem may also be mine cause I never had very good results with orals, I have no sides but I also didn't have them on d-bol and my liver was f****up so for me 3 weeks is the maximum time that I can use them and unfortunately the results are far from great.
about the primo, well this one is dificult cause consensus says it only kicks in the 4 week when is used solo but so far I think that is a very clean steroid, no sides at all and a cryspy look like I never had.
well in resume by this time I was expecting more mass but with the cardio I do I understand that maybe it's difficult to overcome my genetic barrier, but I have no doubts that this cycle runned for 6 weeks , dropping the mass at the four is a fantastic clean mass builder with no visible sides at all:thumbsup:

Did you have more bloodwork performed later to see if your liver values returned to normal? If so, how long was it before it returned to normal?

when I say f**** up what I mean is that my liver enzymes are very high when compared with normal values, if I have this values on a 3 week cycle I personally think that going further above that its maybe too much in my particular case, answering your question, no I didn't make more blood work cause my doc brother said the elevated enzymes are perfectly normal when using d-bol and in 1-2 months they will return to normal(remember that my liver was working normally before the cycle), he advises me to use methyl's for 3 weeks maximum with 3 months recovery to be safe, but he also says that sometimes a greater recovery time is needed(after running 2 cycles the third should wait a little more time to be completely safe)
one of the things that pisses me when using methyl's is that I don't drink my glass of red wine at meals(its a tradition in Mediterranean countries), you just cant imagine how I suffer :sad:bro, Portuguese red wine is wonderful

5-6 pounds in 16 days is good Nunes. Especially since it seems that in most month long cycles more muscle is usually gained in the second half :thumbsup:

yeah, I suppose is good but sometimes we see guys saying they gain 10-15 pounds in the first 2 weeks, so when compared it seems a little bit poor.
But I also know that this is clean muscle , no water and fat gain so I`m very happy with the cycle , I just think that in this particular case at least 6 weeks are needed to really worth the money it costs

I think that any time someone puts on 10 to 15 pounds in just 2 weeks time, a lot of that has to be fat. It's an impossibility to add that much lean muscle mass in only 14 days! Be glad that your gains are totally lean. That's the only kind of gains that count!

Agree, its fat water, glycogen or a mix of those three.

Dont forget muscles are like 75% water anyway. Muscle gains from steroids are usually a higher % of water.
 
thanks for the words guys, I just don't want to disappoint all of you my friends, but I always try to be fair and unbiased in my posts and comments and sometimes I think that you guys were expecting more , but I can see we are all pleased with the results so let the war continue...
By the way I`m getting a roid look like I never had , my friends are saying I`m with a great muscular look so I believe this cycle is doing its job.

By the way is 19 and is thinking on doing a rpm +drive stack, what do you guys think about it?
IMO I think its a good one considering his age

Hello im the younger brother, i started working out with my brother and damn thats hard and i ve been training for years but i wasnt prepared for such hard training...i ve been thinking if the rpm and drive would help me endure such training and help me gain some muscle and improve recovery.i ve been using superpump and torrent...i would appreciate any help im sort of a newbie:fool2: nice meeting you:thumbsup:

I think RPM/Drive stack will be a great stack. I havent used it myself, but I hear good things about it, and AEN is a good company.

Nunes knows that Vegeta is my favorite DragonBallZ character! He is the "Prince of All Saiyans"!! I've never personally used RPM or Drive, but I have read lots of positive feedback here about them. They should treat you nicely. If you decide to run them, then do a log bro. It's a very powerful tool for motivation. I'm sure that will be a nice stack for your goals. Another great addition IMO for recovery and lean mass gains would be some good micronized creatine mono mixed with waxy maize carbs, awesome pumps :thumbsup:

sure.im training with my brother its basically his routine but we changed a bit we re trying to train all muscles in a week now so instead of having a arms(bicep tricep) day we do bicep in back day and tricep in shoulder day...well im always tired i need to improve recovery eheh :sick:

yeah, now we are doing:
Monday :soccer
Tuesday:back and bis
Wednesday:legs and abs
Thursday:shoulder,traps and tris
Friday :soccer
Saturday :rest
Sunday: chest, traps
we do 4 sets of 3/4 exercises for each body part but never the same, sometimes we do 21`s, down the rack and drop sets, we try not to repeat exercises, I don't want the body to adapt , its always a shock to the system,lol
the kid is having a hard time but his young , got to bring that test up

DOSAGE: dropped the mass tabs , began 200 mg ed of furazadrol, I also lower the andriol to 6 caps again

WEIGHT: 5 pounds up

STRENGTH: up

ENDURANCE: very good

SIDES: nothing to report

RESUME: yesterday was my last mass tabs pill, I took it for 19 days and my thoughts on it are that they are not a mass builder , it was only 3 weeks on it and orals are difficult to work on me but it seems like this stuff is a strength steroid not a mass builder, if with all the other stuff I`m taking I only put 6 pounds of muscle on my frame I got to say that this is not a mass miracle pill, the good news are, no sides at all, no libido drop, no painful joints, no back pumps, no hair loss, no oily skin ,no bloat, nothing.
My weight is stable but my body is looking very nice, so far I think this is a good cutting cycle that doesn't let you down on the strength department, lets see whats gonna happen with this steroid change(mass by the furaz).
I also dropped the andriol dosage cause I want to make a slow transition to pct trying to recover the htpa, 4 more days with 6 pills , then 4 till October 2 and then only the primo in the system

Sounding good brother. I'm glad it's been a nice clean cycle for you. No nasty sides. That's always good. You weren't really planning on adding a lot of mass anyway, were you? That would interfere with your soccer. So your gains have been what you wanted after all. Bigger, stronger, leaner......man, it don't get no better than that!! :head:

yeah, my objective was 10 pounds , it will be difficult to reach it but if I put just 1 or 2 more pounds of lean muscle I`ll be very satisfied with the cycle.
I`m just a little concern with the last 2 weeks out of home, less training and not much discipline, I hope I keep my gains, lets see...

The good thing is bro, you havent gained ridiculous amounts of weight so it will hopefully be maintainable!

Exactly, thats a great point, and youve been sensible with your expectations, looks like youve had a great cycle, how did you find andriol, i mean not whats your source lol, but how would you rate it, ive got a load here, but have never really thought about using them, were you dosing it with meals to help absorbtion?
