Saturday was a rest day... Had my goddaughter's Sweet 16 B-Day... All went well with that, but we got home a bit late... 11:30 PM... And, we took the boys out to go potty... All of a sudden 12 shots were fired at our vicnity, from our own backyard... We scrambled to the house, and I lumbered out onto the deck in the backyard, yelling at the shooter(s?) and asked them what they were shooting at, in my yard... (There's a game trail that the various animals use, that runs through my backyard...) All of a sudden, I heard running, (Away from my yard...) Nobody was hurt, aside from a few trees where my wife and myself were originally standing...

I'm getting to the point, where the gains aren't "post contest rebound". For my show I was pretty depleted, and my strength levels were pretty weak. So, I'll be putting that to the test over the next few weeks, and will definitely be able to give an accurate answer to this.:thumbsup:

Unfortunately, weight gains are kind of difficult to gauge, since I did this immediately after a show, and there's a BIG "post contest rebound" on that... But I'm about 9 lbs heavier...

No, I'm not dead... Busier than a one-legged waitress/waiter at an IHOP... Yes... As we all know Intra Aid was introduced to the masses, and I've been lucky enough to get a chance to use it and play with it a bit... (Great stuff, and a hell of a lot of fun to play with...) But, I've also been busy with duties, and a "death" in the family... Our armidillo "Arthur", saw fit to leave us (Without permission...) On Thursday evening... First time in my life doing CPR on an armidillo... 2nd time on a wild animal... (We had an AWESOME raccoon, named MEEKO, that I tried to do CPR on, as well...) dd2inxs' 20 year high school reunion was this weekend, and I've been a bit busy doing my husband duties with that... But, rest assured, that I am finding time to hit the weights, and take care of business... Sorry for the delay in updates, but I PROMISE that things will return to normal this week...

Puking without squats... Great for the abs, but takes a toll on the rest of you... And definitely sets back your nutrition... After 2 days of leaving offerings at the altar of "The Porcelain God..." I can tell you that this program sucks!!! But on a brighter note, I'm feeling much better today... But there's no appetite...
