1 carboxy!!!

what is the best dose to run 1 carboxy? also is it ok to take 1 carboxy with gaba? thanks.:head:
 
I was taking around 2 grams, twice a day when i first started taking it. Stuff made me sleepy so i started to take 3 grams before bed only. Im sure stacking it with GABA would ensure a good nights sleep
 
So roughly 4 servings worth at once then as 1/4 tsp = 800 mgs.


I have been taking 1.5 servings at night and after seeing this I believe that I will double that amount to 3 tsp.
 
so is there any benefit of taking it pre-wo?

and are you all taking it every night or 5 on/2 off?

Good questions above...I just got some 1 carboxy and I tried diving up doses throughout the day but it makes me too sleepy as well. I'm going to take 3 doses at night before bed. Has anyone noticed more GH boost going any higher?
 
I didnt seem to notice really any size or strength gains worth mentioning. Although it did help me feel alot more rested upon waking in the morning. I took it everynight
 
so it basically just helps w/ sleep? lame. gaba is cheaper. i've been taking powerfull... but also with animal stak, 6-bromo, and another test booster as part of my pct. all together i am OVERWHELMED with my test levels. morning wood lasting a solid hour after i wake up... and constantly wanting to rape someone... yah lol

Thats what it helped me with, other than that i didnt feel much from it.
 
Make sure you take it on an empty stomach as food will alter the effectiveness.
 
1 carboxy is the same stuff that's in USP's "Powerfull", correct? I hear people have gotten good results from Powerfull though, not just good sleep. (unless its just the test boosting properties in Powerfull giving the results)

powerfull is made up of 2 compunds. the 1-carboxy is only half. there is also puresap. i think the 1-carboxy is just the GH booster... thats what the nutra bulk supply page says it does. so i'd assume to get all the benefits you'd need bulk puresap :p
 
Yeah, Im taking 1 carboxy stacked with Divanex...should be comparable to Powerfull, but I have only been on for about a week...if I dont see results beyond a typical test booster (from the Divanex) than I'll assume 1 carboxy is just a good sleep aid.
 
I took 1.6g last night and within 45 minutes I was very relaxed. I usually do not get tired until about 1 AM, but I practically KO'd at 12 last night.

If it truly does supress prolactin, I think it has quite a few applications, even if it doesnt really potentiate mass gains. I just recieved mine from Nutra and will be using it;

Alongside large doses of testofen
For the improved libido and sexual performance
Improved sleep and hopefully GH release

I remember using camp when it had mucuna puriens and my sex drive definitely improved and I had the most recouperative sleep of my life. I dont think anything else in camp could have been responsible for those results.

Not really a sleep aid but induces sleep by significantly increasing HGH levels so you should start waking a bit leaner, refreshed, recovered, better mood, healthier complexion(a glow) and leaner.

sounds good..hope it pans out. Ill be taking it for the next 2 months so that should be a fair length of time to see what it can do.
