alright thanks, and what about diet, im bulking, dont i add carbs to my meals or something, im currently on day 21 of X factor/glycergrow/WMS stack.

thank you so much, have the results been as good as AP with people? im new to this board so i havent gotten much feedback on YG.
 
Sure. I did yellow gold 3 x's daily for eight weeks with a lot of carbs. I don't know if Yellow Gold did anything for muscle growth or fat loss. I gained fat yeah taking in 300-500 carbs per day and gained muscle. That's going to happen regardless of whether you take Yellow Gold or not. it was simply hard to tell despite keeping a log.Invalid Link Removed

how many grams were you taking at each dose, it seems like alot of people saw results with 1-1.5 grams...reading the log now.
 
Just got 150Grams of YG, will be interesting to see how this compares to AP.

I got the 00 capping kit as well. So will take 2 caps pre to each meal :)

I take my YG straight but honestly my gf is going to kill me if i ruin anything else in the house haha and i ddont blame her that sh*t is everywhere!

Yellow Gold I did it for three-four months and played with the dose. i finally decided on one cap before meals. In my opinion I don't even know if I saw results with it. for the price what do you expect though...

I tried a sample of neovar the last few days and it seemed a lot better than YG. Might be something Ill log coming up...
