Cherry Poppin' Pinnin' Cycle!!

Tri Pushdowns - 160 - 9,6,4 = 19 too many. This is as high as my cables go at the gym. How the hell could I add more weight next time?

DEADFKINLIFT!!! - 390! - 7,9 = BADASS! LOL. I'm going for 405 next time! I felt like a goddamn beast and I had Hatebreed's "To The Threshold" playing. I'm almost certain I could've put my fist in 1 side and out the other, of someone's head. (+25lbs and 1 rep on first set, 2 reps on 2nd set) :head:

Lat Pulldowns Behind the Neck - 180 - 6,4,2 = 12

Seated Cable Rows - 170 - 15,11 This is as high as my seated cable row machine goes, hoe can I add more weight!? MY GYM WAS CONSTRUCTED BY P*SSIES!!!!!

Overall workout: FCKIN AWESOME! Took 6 methoxy-tst 2hrs pre-wo.[/QUOTE]
Alright. FIRST: How do I add more weight to the machines I'm already using the entire stack on? ANSWER: Put dumbells on top of the weight stack or put plates through the side of the stack with an extra selector pin. I have to do this with almost all gym machines. From Lat stations, triceps machines, preacher curl machines, seated cable rows, shoulder machines, even the pec-deck! No gym owner has ever gotten on to me or told me not to do it either. Some machines I even have to put dumbells on top of the stack AND a plate through the side of the stack!! Who do they make some of these machines for anyway?? Girly-Men!! YAH!! :chick: SECONDLY: Way to freakin' go on those deadlifts brosef! You practically pulled 400 for 9 reps!! Looks like you have developed what I call a "pet" lift! The deadlift was always mine. When I was pulling 600+ on it, I could routinely do work sets at 525 X 5 reps. Make sure to warm-up your lower back very thoroughly before hitting the heavy sets, keep attention on form, and you won't have to worry about injury. THIRDLY: The 6 caps of Methoxy TST pre-workout sure didn't hurt things any, did they??!! What intensity and focus they allow the user to generate! Pretty good sh*t to be so cheap. And if one doesn't mind a few zits! You are doing absolutely great on this cycle bro. I was sure you were going to love it!! FIGHT HARD AND FINISH STRONG!!:duel:

I will have to ask about putting a DB on top of the machine or adding plates. I was told yesterday to use the mats that are on the floor while doing deads, so I doubt they'll let me mess with the machines. I'll ask though. And yes, the DL does seem to be my "pet" lift. It is my best lift and my new favorite. There is no better feeling while doing any other exercise. I keep getting scared that my grip is going to fail though. Sometimes when I set the bar back on the ground and go to pick it up again, my grip feels weak. I still pull it fine and keep good form, so I dunno. We'll see what happens. As for warm-ups I do 2 sets of chin ups as per johnnie jackson then 2-3 lighter sets of deads, but for only 5 reps or so. I don't want to work my back at all, so I can go all out during the working sets. IMHO the methoxy-tst is the main reason I am able to do these as heavy as I am. The focus, intensity, strength, and aggression are by FAR the BEST as opposed to ANYTHING else that i've ever taken. I psyche myself up on the way to the gym, put on my hatebreed when I get there, then look at the heavy ass weight and get fckn PUMPED!!! I do deads first BTW, I just list them later on in the workout when I log them. Just to go along with the DC order of exercises :)

DAY 59: Bi's, Forearms, Quads, Hams, Calves

Incline DB Curls - 55's - 5,3,2 = 10 (+5lbs -4 reps) My forearms were really hurting today with these, pinwheels, and putting the DB back onto the rack. They were doing so well until I did the fckin EZ curls. Ever since I did those a few days ago, they have been hurting again. :frustrate

Pinwheel Curls - 50's - 18,18 (+3 reps)

Left Arm Concentration Curls - 40 - 10,10 (+2 reps)

Standing 2 Arm Cable Concentration Curls - 50x12 (+2 reps)

Smith Squats - 325 - 4 (+10lbs) I got 5 reps, but the 4th one wasn't ass to the floor, so I didn't count it. For me, these were heavy as hell!

Widowmaker - 175 - 20 (+15lbs) From the 10th rep until the 20th was rough, lol. I stopped and took a few breaths between each rep from 10-20.

Lying Leg Curls - 130 - 7,4,3 = 14 (+10lbs)

Calve Raises in Smith Standing on Plank - 210 - 20,20 (+10lbs) Calves were burning like crazy.

2 sets of 30 crunches

[Widowmaker - 175 - 20 (+15lbs) From the 10th rep until the 20th was rough, lol. I stopped and took a few breaths between each rep from 10-20.
This is the proper way of doing them bro. You did them text-book perfect. Before I ever heard the term "Widowmakers", I heard of these as "Breathing Squats". And it was described as being a weight that would make you basically fail at rep number 10, from then on you'd do another rep, and rest and take a deep breath and do another rep, rest and take a deep breath do another rep, and so on.......until you did 20 total reps. Do Or Die!! :head: They have always proven to be effective for adding strength and mass!! I love 'em! The pain is delicious!!! :food: :smite:

widowmakers........havent done those in awhile, def a painful pleasure...probably the most painful pump possible for me.

Holy sht TG!! You should've entered the re-comp class in the online bb show when it was still around! Good job bro!! :head:

Thanks bro! Click on my avatar and go into MY PHOTOS. I have a few more new ones from today. They should be dated (Sept. 04, 2008) at the bottom of the photos. Most were done outside, but some were inside as well. Piston was telling me weeks ago to enter that contest thingy, but this damn torn right pec keeps me from even thinking about it. The tear was done almost 2 years ago. It's stronger than it ever was, but the big dent will always be there. :frustrate Oh well, what can ya do??!! Thanks for the compliment though.

I had gyno surgery when I was about 17, so I know how it feels. I have dents on both of my lower outer pecs. I'm doing the show anyway :) Nothing to lose really. I'm mainly doing it for the constructive criticism so I know what I need to work on. IMO I need to work on EVERYTHING, lol, but i'm a bb, and we ALL think that even if it's not true. Time to go grill up some cheeseburgahs! :food:

Well, you have to click on my avatar and the go into MY PHOTOS to see the rest of them . I need some kind and loving soul to tell me how to post pictures within a thread. I can post youtube videos all day long. That's easy! But how do you put up photos within your thread? Thanks to anyone who can help me. Reps will be given!!!

And TG it looks like you have lost some serious fat man. Props.
Thanks Royd. It wasn't that hard really. I just cut out the bad carbs and did 20 minutes of H.I.I.T. type of cardio 3 days a week. It just seemed to melt off over the last 2 months! And I swear I have been totally natty for those 2 months. So 'roids do NOT get the credit here!! lol I DO start a new cycle next week though. So these were "before" photos to the new cycle. Wait until you guys see the "after" photos!!! :woohoo:

TG, you have to have the pics linked to a webaddy like photobucket or whatever then you click on the insert image icon above the message box. (it looks like a yellow box with a mountain) paste the link in there and youre good.

DAY 61: Chest, Delts, Tri's, Back Width, Back Thickness

45deg Smith Incline Bench - 225 - 7,3,2 = 12 (+2 reps)
Standing Cable Flyes - 40 - 15,15 (+3 reps)
These were supersetted with the Inc Bench.

Smith Mil Press - 165 - 10,6,4 = 20 (+10lbs and 5 reps) :head:

Reverse Grip Smith Bench - 200 - 8,5,3 = 16 (+15lbs -4 reps)

Subbed these for lat pulldowns

Bent Over DB Rows - 90 - 13,16 (+5lbs and 2 reps on 1st set, +5 reps on 2nd set)

I felt awesome the entire time, i gained another pound 2 days ago but forgot to mention it, so that's 14lbs thus far. I looked and felt bigger in the gym and my shirts and quads area of my pants are getting tighter. Strength continues to increase, i keep beating the log book, and so far, I feel no need to cruise. TEST FTW!!! :)

DAY 63: Bi's, Forearms, Quads, Hams, Calves

Standing Alt. DB Curls - 60's - 16,8,5 = 29 (+5lbs and 12 reps) WTF?
Left Arm Concentration Curls - 40 - 12,12 (+2 reps)

Reverse EZ Curls - 40 - 14,14 (+4 reps)

Hack Squat - 355 w/wraps - 6,6 (+20lbs)

Calve Raises on Plank w/ DB - 60's - 25,25 (+5 reps)

Crunches - 40,40

Ok, I was going to use Epi during the last 4 weeks of my cycle, but instead i'm going to use Phera-Vol. I need more mass! Right now i'm at 190lbs. I've gained 15lbs thus far. I will save Epi and run it during my cut later as per a great suggestion by my homie PP. I'm also going to cut the cycle to my original plan of 12 weeks, rather than 16.

Took my first dose of Phera-Vol last night :head: I forgot about it causing sleep problems though. I tossed and turned all night. I'll dose prior to 5pm from now on :)

Overall a decent workout I guess. I slept for shyt last night and was really tired this morning. I will not get up at 4 and lift at 5am anymore, lol. I need a few meals in me first. I just felt crazy weak.

How are you liking dc on cycle as compared to regular training style while on?

The strength increases are much higher. MUUUUUCHHHH higher. At the end of my cycle i'll log my starting and ending weights for each exercise. You will be shocked to say the least. I'm not sure i'll ever train any other way ever again. Maybe for more definition rater than overall size, i'll go back to multiple sets and high reps, but right now my goal is size and strength. It's working for sure!

DAY 67: Bi's, Forearms, Quads, Hams, Calves

EZ Curls - 95+BAR - 6,3,3 = 12 (+5lbs)
How much does an EZ bar weight btw?

Reverse Cable Curls - 60 - 18,18 (+10lbs)

Overall I had an intense and AWESOME session tonight!! :head: I had Hatebreed's "satisfaction is the death of desire" album and Hatebreed's "Supremacy" album playing during the workout. I was getting looks from people and 1 dude asked what I was taking. I felt real strong and my leg exercises are rapidly improving. I'm trying real hard to bring them up cuz they're my worst body part. They're strong from doing track, long jump, high jump, and racing bmx from ages 12-19 but they lack overall size and definition. I'm hoping that my 20 reppers and heavy quad movements will change that.

i get the looks all the time when im leg pressing, shrugs or deadlifts...haha. kinda makes u feel good that ppl look at u and just think "damn hes huge" or "damn hes throwing some weight around".

i have yet to have anyone come up to me and ask though, besides close friends.

Yea, there are only like 4 other dudes who DO deads at my gym  I get looks while doing those, regardless, lol. I'm farrrrrr from being huge, so they must have been looking due to the weight. ;) It's really not that much though. Some can push over TWICE what I can. I told the dude that asked what I was taking "i'm using this new natty test booster called Arimatest." It increases your natty test levels by 10,000%!" lol.

we're the same size. im far from huge, but on my best lifts i can put up some weight...thats when i get the "looks"

How's PCT going btw bro?

no loss of weight or strength, but i caught a damn virus thats going around campus...but it doesnt affect my eating or anything. breathing sucks though. also still getting morning wood but nuts havent come back to size yet.

p.s. i have liquid clomid, orange flavored....tastes horrible!!

How much does an EZ bar weight btw?

Widowmaker - 380 no wraps - 20 (+120lbs)
Standard EZ-Curl Bar= 10 lbs. Olympic EZ Curl Bar= 20 lbs. And those might be the heaviest Widowmakers that I have seen anyone (that I know) doing!! I thought I was doing some straining when I got 335 X 20 on my last blast! My hat's off to ya fo sho!! :clap2::box:

ALL of my gym's equipment is olympic, so it must be 20. 10-15 seemed light IMO. Dude, the widowmakers were with leg presses. That is NOWHERE NEAR the most weight you've seen anyone do with those! I appreciate the kindness though ;) lol.

380x20????? uhhhhh.... :run:

They're leg presses wtf? I hit 10 reps, then took a few breaths in between each reap afterward because it was so heavy(to me). That is the correct way to do them. Not just put on some light weight and pump out 20 easy reps. Why do you guys think that is a lot of weight? If they were squats or hack squats, then yea, that'd be a lot.

oh my bad brah, i thought they were squats. I have never even attempted squats that high so to think you were doing widowmakers with that weight :jaw: ok, leg presses sound more reasonable lol.

side note- i skipped on leg day last week..... :(

I WISH I could do 380x20 squats LMAO! That'd be the shytttt! You skipped it?!?! WTF!? NOOOO SLACKINNNNN MAYNE! :nono: BTW PP, what is the name of that anime in your avi? I've seen it once at a friend's house, but never again. I seen the one with the dude drinking the blood out of the arm. It was soooo badass! lol.

Whew!! :p I thought you were talking about squats also. Jeezuz!! :box::eek: That would be awesome. But that was great for the leg presses too bro. No sh*t! Keep slamming that sh*t hard and heavy. You've got it going on now!! :afro:

Yeah, I thought they were squats. I've actually done the leg press variety of widowmakers also. I love 'em. I got up to 575 X 20 on those. I may go back to those on my next blast. They were awesome for blowing up my quads.

DAY 70: Chest, Delts, Tri's, Back Width, Back Thickness

Incline DB Press - 90's - 7,4,3 = 14 (+2 reps)
Standing Cable Things - 50 - 11,11
I can't find the name for these anywhere. Stand with 2 cable handles in hand at your side with the cables set at the low pulleys. Pull them up and in toward your body with your fists going toward the ceiling, and squeeze the pecs at the top of the movement.

Arnolds - 55's - 8,5,3 = 16 (+6 reps)

Tri Pushdowns - 170 - 7,5,4 = 16 (+10lbs)

Deadlift - 405!!! - 7,7 (+15lbs)

Wide OH Grip Lat Pulldowns - 190 - 9,6,4 = 19 (+10lbs and 7 reps)

Seated Cable Rows - 190 - 18,18 (+20lbs and 3 reps)
I found four 5lb rubber weights for these, so I added 20 more pounds! :woohoo: Thing that sucks is these are the only ones my gym has  18 is way too many reps!

I still call those things "lower pulley crossovers". And I have an idea for you about your cable rows dilemma. Put on the single hand attachment and do 1-arm cable rows. You'll feel 'em even better. It's more of an isolation movement, but you'll have plenty enough weight for it! I am the master of improvisation. Just not the stand-up comedian type of improv.

low cable crossover or high cable crossover. call it by what it is, that usually works.

I searched on multiple web sites for pics of it and the name, but none had the exercise listed. I always DID call it low cable crossovers, but then over at another forum people were telling me that's not what they're called. SO....:FUfinger:

DAY 71: Bi's, Forearms, Quads, Hams, Calves

Incline DB Curls - 55's - 6,5,3 = 14 (+4 reps)
Left Arm Concentration Curls - 40 - 13
Standing Cable Concentration Curls - 50 - 16

Pinwheel Curls - 55's - 27,27 (+5lbs and 9 reps)

Smith Squats - 325 - 6 (+2 reps)
Widowmaker - 185 - 19 (+10lbs)

Lying Leg Curls - 150 - 6,4,2 = 12 (+10lbs)
