Cherry Poppin' Pinnin' Cycle!!

That's what i'm saying. Try to stay at the same or even a lower bf% and add 20lbs or so of mass. That would be quite the difference. I have calipers but to be quite honest, they are lying on my floor still unopened :lol: I am around 12% ish? I can get a definite number though.

Yeah, you definitely can work with that... you gain 20 pounds, and lean out, gain some more vascularity..... bring out those spiderwebs on the delts, you could most definitely win that one. Epistane for you bass :D

Oh yes, Epi will be utilized during the last 4-6 weeks of my current cycle. Also, ONLY IF NEED BE, I could run another short cycle right before the show. A month out maybe, to drop more bf and be more vascular/defined. I will be getting some AX Prostanazol soon(winny PH) OR A quick T Prop run could be arranged. Like I said though, ONLY IF NEED BE. I'd rather not do that, but I have ZERO experience at cutting while maintaining muscle mass, lol. My last cut failed terribly :sad: What say ye DA?

What kind of diet you have going? For cutting I mean. Test P is GREAT for cutting. Also prostan is not the greatest for myself... good old real winny will do what you are looking for... or if you want to get down to brass tacks... some masterone will turn you to granite.

Well I am currently bulking, so I don't have a diet for cutting, lol. I would probably go with carb cycling as most have had success with that. T Prop and tren was actually my next plan cycle :twisted: Talk about a SICK cutting cycle! I also wasn't planning on running that until spring though, lol. Again, i've only tried to cut once, and it did not go well. I lost strength and a little size. I used MMV2 hoping it would aid in both departments, but it did not. It was a drastic change for my body though. I was dumb and dropped to many carbs, too quickly. Time for bed though, and if you truly think I have a chance, then i'm going for it. If nothing else, it will only make me push myself even harder during and after this cycle. :head:

GO for it man... though I say dont cycle carbs... go for 40/40/20 with the carbs being slow burning low glycemic. That works GREAT for me. Cycling the carbs may hurt your strength over all... gotta keep those glycogen stores full for those glorious weights to increase.

So just eat carbs as I normally would, but ONLY eat slow burning low glycemic ones? I pretty much do this already, but here and there I have myself an ice cream sundae. I AM bulking after all ;) Any other suggestions bro?
 
I am certain I will be feeling the T pretty soon. I had a STELLAR dream last night! It consisted of me running from the cops on my cbr600, 2 hot asian teens, like 20 hot hispanic women, 1 AMAZINGLY hot hispanic teen, a huge party, and ended with me getting caught by the cops :lol: I was in Hawaii riding to the beach from the inland with the po-po close behind. Apparently I thought if I acted like I was showing tourists things like the hot air balloons and volcanoes, then the cops wouldn't be as hard on me? lol. It ended on the beach because there was nowhere for me to go and crotch rockets don't do well in the sand ;) Man I love hispanic women and asians!!! :pose:

Shoot, bulking is balls to the wall... just get the sunday from mcdonalds since they use low fat ice cream :D .... but anyway... like I said slow burning low glycemic carbs are the way to go, alot of people like to induce a insulin spike after a work out, but I find this still counter productive. Take in some good carbs before, and good carbs after and you will get the benefits you are looking for without any of the nutritients being shuttled into fat with the insulin. Also remove carbs from your last two meals... its meat and vegetable time.

I may do winny and t prop as the cut, not sure. tren has fat loss properties and will jack strength way up while cutting, so that's why I want to run the 2. we'll see. i may not even run another cycle before the show, I dunno yet.

When is the show brosenstein? I think you'll do great. You have a very lean structure to build upon. That's the only way to truly benefit from an AAS cycle anyway. Guys with too much bodyfat are just wasting their money on gear if they don't lower their bodyfat first. You are at a very good place to build upon. Feb 1st, but there will be a preliminary oine in Nov to choose the top competitors from each weight class. In Feb the winners will be chosen. I'll just be happy to make the cut in Nov, lol.

Prizes are kept a secret until the contest comes closer. They didn't want people signing up just for the prizes, so IMO that means they will be damn good ones :) TexasLifter89 will be handling the prizes, so they will probably be AN products :woohoo: Nobody really knows for sure though. Thanks a lot bro, I will be training and eating my azz off to bulk. This damn T needs to kick in!!!

Yea, he's in great shape for his weight and age. He will be competing in the teen class. Norwegian should definitely enter, but he wold annihilate all, lol.

Haha, you guys aren't very good influences! I just need to make sure I have enough time off so if need be, I can run another cycle before the competition. I have been thinking about just doing the regular 175-205 class instead of the recomp, but MentalTwitch would kick my azz :lol: Also, JohnJessica is already at a lower bf% than me and has visible abs. Mine are not so much :sad: What would you guys do if you were me?

Ight, thanks bro. Another question: Is it ok to alternate pin days? I normally do it on wed and sun. However, I won't be able to do it tomorrow, so can I just do it today instead? Then go back to my wed and sun schedule? In my head it seems like it wouldn't affect anything, because it's still twice per week. What say you mastah pump?

my log was pretty boring thats why i havent been updating. i plan on adding in Havoc the middle of next week. i have 2 1/2 weeks left injecting.....lets see what all this Havoc talk is about

I didn't think your log was boring at all dude. I think we all start to feel like no one's looking anymore, but it's not so. A lot of the readers just don't reply is all. This is a great gain in bodyweight for you man. 20 lbs. is fantastic! I think you'll like the Havoc bro. I've used Epi twice and it's supposedly the same structure or very damn close. Hey bro's, I have been thinking about taking myself out of the competition. Only because when I do the front and back lat spreads, my lats are not even the SLIGHTEST bit visible. Yet when I do the doube bi pose from the front and back(as seen i my avi,) I have a great Vtaper and they are visible. SO, is there enough time for me to improve this or not? If not, I am dropping out because I have crappy lat development, lol.
