I've been out of the creatine loop for awhile now, and last to my knowledge i remember monohydrate being the only "proven" to work? correct me if im wrong, nonetheless it bloats the **** out of me lol

But anyone have any suggestions on some good creatines that have came out recently?


Also off topic) but do you really NEED the retain with the massfx hyperdrolx2 stack?

no you dont need the retain with the mass fx/hyperdrol. Look into Neovar Recomped- gave me gains in size & strength, Green Mag- Helped mainly with strength rather than size. These are two that i have enjoyed for the benefits listed below
 
oh nice man! Alaska is a chill place my grandma lived there for a couple years. The town that Sara Pulin( mcCains running mate) was from. Yeah I have put on 30 Lbs of almost pure muscle since February.

Yeah man, it was definitely a sick place to spend the summer. I can't believe how different this place is, I mean, you're a freakin' rep now!!! Congrats buddy - I'm 100% jealous! :)

Yup. I got it a couple months ago...im lovin it. yeah man quite a few different companies now days. My old workout buddy also got picked up a few days ago by MN...i dont think you ever met him though

Well, hats off to you both. Thats quite an honor to be picked by one of these companies. They're all great companies to work for but you got one of my fav's for sure. (I'm a Neovaraholic) Congrats man!

me too man. 15 LBS in 1 month with hard core eating, supersets, and RPM+ Neovar original. Recomped is even better if you havent tried it yet. glad to have you back brotha
 
Yup. Neovar is a good product. Green MAG also has Magnesium creatine chelate which has a few strength based studies with it. The ball doesn't stop @ CM

Hmmm. Would have to see before/after pics to believe that. If so, that is quite good. That is basically 5lbs/month of lean muscle. Not impossible, but tough to do in back to back to back months.
 
I personally love Creatine Ethyl Ester despite the "theories" that were tossed around about it.

Creatine Ethyl Ester
Magnesium Creatine Chelate
Dicreatine Malate / Tricreatine Malate/ Tricreatine Citrate

All work effectively for myself.

as far as creatines I LOVED Ragnarok, it was an amazing pre workout supplement for me and my strength stayed at a steady incline for the duration of a several back to back bottles.

However, I am awaiting the arrival of MAN's Orotine, I've been wanting to try this for a while and after giving myself a few months off from creatines I figured it'd be as good a time as any to try it! I'll let you know as to my progress, but Ragnarok is definitly the best I'VE TRIED

Good luck with the orotine... it does not dilute and slumps to the point that it chokes you. I can take anything and it was the first thing I threw away

haha oh boy, what did I get myself into?! you threw it away?!?! it was completely undrinkable?! That's not good news... were you at least able to see or feel any noticeable results while on it or did you toss it away before you got the opportunity?

I could not take it consistently enough to see... I've never seen a powder do what it does. Its not just like it doesn't dissolve but it actually like stays dry and clumps together then explodes in the back of your throat. Maybe I'm complaining too much... And what ever you do, do NOT try to take it straight! It will choke you like nothing else when it forms together in your throat. The stuff HATES liquid/water.
 
Im about to start a log as a tester for Millinium Sprots Technologies for their new creatine called Cre-02!! Check out my log..i should be starting next week when my shipment comes in.

hahahaha dude I'm legitimately scared for my life now! Do you remember that stuff back in the day called Zand? I think it was a product of nickelodeon or something but it was sand that you would stay dry when it got wet so you could build like sand castles under water and stuff... sounds like I just ordered a big bottle of zand.. I'm pumped! sike
 
holy crap, just finished my first dose of orotine! WOW! that stuff is rough going down, I even used a blender bottle and shook it like a crack addict the people in the office around me at work thought i was crazy... but all the shaking and stirring didn't help at all. I'm not giving up on it just yet because it seems to yield some pretty good results, i'll MAN up and drink it but good god, the creaters must do something about the way this mixes...

x2, ill be starting this soon and am amped.

OP currently the creatines Ive responded best to are NOS ETHER and Clout, cre02 sounds promising and in the coming weeks I'll be able to see if it matches the aforementioned products.
