Healthy Chocolate Milk Shake?- Here ya' go!

MMMMM... I recently came up with this awesome shake! It is so easy- and it is so good for any time of the day!

1 scoop of Protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1/2 C - 1 C of milk or water
1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
Stevia for sweetening (I use about 1/2-1 tsp)
Ice (optional)

First of all you get out that awesome blender of yours. Dump all of the ingredients above into it except the ice. Blend well.

Adding ice will make it more like a shake in texture, but obviously it will water down the flavor just a little- so taste the concoction you have before adding the ice. If you like it drink up!:thumbsup: if you think it needs ice- add some!

You can also add dried unsweetened coconut, peanut butter or berries to give it a little more kick. Experiment yourself and see what you can come up with! ;)

1 scoop of whey or MRP
11 ice cubes, medium sized
1 cup of hoods calorie countdown milk
