Yea, give it about 3 or 4 more. The feeling I describe is most pronounced with Halo (at least for me). I freakin love Halo.. it is my favorite compound ever. I am 6 weeks into Epi and while i'm not disappointed I did expect more. Incidentally I have not tried E-Stane... lol.

I'd say for a good 4 week run, 10/20/20/30?

You may not have to dose all the way up to thirty if you keep making gains at 20mg.

ran pplex for 4 weeks 30 30 30 45. gained 12-15 lbs. about 60lbs on all major lifts. didnt get any hair loss but that could just be me. my joints felt fantastic though :thumbsup:

Its one of the smoothest PHs out there... I dont know why its not big on AM. Epi rules the roost here and I dont even think epi is that great.
 
just see how you are gaining. no need to up the dosage if you are gaining well. i am currently running M-DROL. im at 10mg n i am getting ridiculous pumps and intensity i probably wont go over 20mg. i already feel like **** at 10mg. everyone repsonds to this stuff differently. i think 20-30mg is a good start for PHERA/PPLEX though. i really think that epi stuff if overrated. P-PLEX is deff leaves you feeling better than M-DROL. PPLEX is deff very underated.

I ran Epi couple months ago and loved it. I really got skin splititng pumps towards the end of my cycle....

Gonna run H-drol next then P-plex...what is the difference between the two....which one is better in your opinion and why?

Personally H-Drol is my favorite... minimal supporting supps, minimal PCT but I always manage to net GREAT gains. Plus it has an "on" feeling which makes me feel jacked up all day. I really like the fact that I can not even adjust my diet and drop 1-2% bodyfat.

P-Plex is good too but you have to watch your diet on that one.

I had quite the experience with H-Drol too. The BF decrease was pretty awesome. And basically no sides to speak of.
 
Well I have H-drol sitting with me, I was going to run P-plex first due to wanting to run something with great gains (ran epi like 3 months ago) with minimal gains. But from what you guys are saying maybe I should do my h-drol cycle.
 
With H-Drol yielding 7-10 pounds average along with losing a couple percent BF, it's total lean mass gains are right up there with anything else out. And much easier to maintain IMO. Guys I've know who ran higher doses had very substantial gains.

That's not bad at all really! I mean there's no point totally puffing up on something, only to loose half of it in PCT and then only have gained 6-8lbs, when you can run something like h-drol, with less sides, and drop BF and keep 6-8lbs. I'd love to gain a clean 8lbs!!

:thumbsup: That exactly how I've always felt. Why run something like Anadrol where you may gain 20 pounds but lose over half and end up with a net of 10 pounds or less anyhow.

Ah yup cool cool, I might order p-plex now anyway, and run the h-drol first at those dosages since I have the h-drol anyway sitting here.. also have m-drol but not sure I want to run that quite yet as Epidrol is my only cycle experience right now..

More research for me on both p-plex and h-drol and I will decide which to run, thing is it's winter here, so some nice mass gains would be nice, then maybe run h-drol to cut for summer?

Either or, I think you can pack on the same mass with either compound (diet dependent)

Go for the H-Drol on this run, its the cleanest compound you'll find that still lets you put some mass on.

Maybe gear up for a future bridge of M-Drol/P-Plex :D

i didnt not notice much notice much if any testicular atrophy on P-plex. but now i am on my M-drol cycle week 2 of 10mg and the balls are shrinking not alarming but noticeable.

no problem with my nuts,
and ive been on for ALMOST 2 full weeks, i dont think ill notice too much shut down either, feels mild.
 
phera and epi.....are not PH's. they are indeed 100 % designer
steroid of great design and very clever manipulation of the 3 carbonyl group of the A ring, and they are 17b-ol no unstable diol
or dione...0 conversion 0 anabolic loss. Both have q levels higher than 1000 and neither convert to estrodiol very dry

so with that said you think there wont be any shut down with there?


17b-ol is needed to bind to the receptor, and if it binds to the receptor, at some point there will be shutdown

Yes, shutdown will occur anytime you run any compound that suppresses HPTA

Example:
Post cycle Support - 4 weeks
6oxo - Tapered down from week 3 to week 7
I3C - 4 weeks from start of pct.
Lean Xtreme - week 3 onwards

I am finishing up a 5 week run on h-drol right now and it has been very good. I have tightened up and gained a bit of weight. i took it mostly for recomp/BF loss. but the strength increases and recovery time between sets and body parts was great.
The only side I had were annoying back pumps. I increased the taurine and that seemed to help a bit. That and I would get pumps in my front delts from doing nothing, like shaving.

Overall I've had a good experience. I am starting PCT this monday. I am expecting to keep all the gains and keep going during the PCT.
I did keep a log of my run here if you'd like to check it out.

so is this thing still going to be KIA eventually? As in if I ever wanna try it, get 4 bottles and stick em in my closet type of deal?

When are you starting the 6oxo?
 
where does the CEL pplex have the batch #. Mine has a sticker on the bottom that says the expiration date and 060508, but it looks like once of those food shopping labels anyone could put on there.

i agree i ran just about 60mg and i had no problems

all lean gains, loved it.
