Distilled Water DC training log.......i'm getting huge

How did you like those btw? When I did them it almost felt as if it was hitting the inner groin area even if I concentrated hard on pushing with the heels.

Yea my inner hammy's are a little more sore. Feet out with hammies=inner hammy and toes in=outter hammy work.

I kind of rotated on my heels as I pushed the weight up and down.

I wanted to do full deads my legs are stil killing me. I wanted to do BB overhead press but there was 4 whistle **** high schoolers using the stations so I had to use the smith, I really didn't want to.

I felt great 2day. Im reallying getting into the DC stuff. I'm loving it!

Effing high-schoolers! They screw everything up. When they ask me advice I say, "I'unno maaann. I just lifts weights and get hayyoougeeee..." I can tell when someone is genuinely interested, though. Then I tell them for real.

Looks like a great day in the gym! Try the t-bar rows with 25's, rather then 45's, you get some nice added ROM. When u fill up with 25's move to 35's.

Yea IC, Im the same way. For some reason the high schoolers that are serious catch me in the locker room or when im doing cardio....kinda weird.
 
Oh and so everyone knows(mostly silentbob) I hit up footlocker ther other night, you know to get ready to wear clothes when im huge :lol: . Here's what I got.......

10 XXL T-shirts
5 XL basketball Shorts
2 XXL Zip-Up hoodies
2 packs of low-cut socks
TOTAL: $110

Yea I venture into champs every once in a while too. They have more every day clotheing like shorts and polo type stuff, which they have great deals on also. Footlocker is straight gangsta :cool:

Not real huge but I HATE tight t-shirts. I know im bigger/in good shape (right now im kinda small) and i dont need a shirt cutting off my circulation to remind me of that or try to impress girls. A large is kinda tight and XL are comfortable but XXL gives me some motivation.

XL shorts, this ones easy.....I got a far ass :lol:

I hate tight shirts too. And it doesn't matter if I'm super lean they're just really uncomfortable. Also, I think wearing clothes a size or two too large actually makes a person appear bigger. I just recently grew out of all of my large shirts, damnit! Now I need to go shopping again, and my a** no longer fits into any of my jeans anymore either. Any time I squat down to pick something up in my jeans it looks like they're fukkin painted on, lol. I guess I need to hit up foot locker it looks like you got a pretty good deal.
 
Footlocker home of the 5 for $20 :) The closer you get to an urban/ghetto area the more deals and selection they have...remember that.

I only have 2.5 pair of jeans I can wear. The .5 is a pair I can only wear when Im really lean, when im not their boarderline too tight.

No my 32" jeans are uber loose.

I did heavy ab work 2day then had to do 30min cardio on the shitty treadmill with no incline because all the others were being used :think: WTF!!! The gym was stupid busy for 2 in the afternoon. I haven't eaten much 2day. 4 meals of 50gr protein and 50gr carbs and <5gr fat per meal. I'm not real hungry, only on the days I train could I have nor probelm killing 5,000+cals.
 
Bringing back the big shirts thing...

Small shirts suck. I never liked wearing tight t-shirts. I always thought that dudes who wore them were complete d-bags. I've never strived to be a d-bag. Hence, larger shirts. Even now that I'm only 170, compared to my 215, I still wear XL and fit into them rather well. My wide back helps with that.

I changed up my carbs to just 2 meals post workout and here I am almost 23 hours post workout and still feel full, and mosty importantly, not bloated.

The school scale put me in at 191lbs. I dont know about that but I did get a little off the diet on saturday with a lot of sodium and little water. We'll see what its like at the end of the week but for now that will be my DC starting weight.

I dont really have a goal set for my end weight just that my waist stay under 32.5"

If you guys would like me to post my revamped diet I'd be more than happy. Supps arent too much. ATW TCG complex, LG Slin, Uni-Liver tabs and a multi.
