AN needs 3 Creatine NON-RESPONDERS

Creatine Products used: NOXPLODE, size on, animal pump, superpump, and mono. the only time where i really saw results because of the creatine supplementation, maybe with mono. used it for about 1 month, and lifts went up at about the same rate as they do with my normal diet and staple supplementation. i even had high hopes for size on after reading a couple logs. still nothing. only thing i can really say is that i had increased recovery while on mono.

my training varies. always a normal body part split, but i change around rep schemes, according to strength oriented or hypertrophy.

i would definitely have high hopes for neovar especially coming from AN. if you need anymore info feel free to ask.

as for a log, i can update every day with training, diet, notes, before and after pictures, even measurements if youd really like them.
 
ohhhhh pick me pick meeeeeeee ! ... i was just going to order the original off nutraplanet b/ce its on sale buy 1 get 1 free but now that i see this ! i am def willing to give it a shot ..

i tried just about every fancy creatine product put there and they all seem to disappoint me =( the only thing i seen a gain in was my water bill with all the times i have to freakin flush my toilet ! jk jk .. they just dont work i feel like i just pee all the water i drink and i mean the whole gallon and a half ! its like my body is just rejecting the stuff..no joke i get up at least twice to pee at night when i take any type of creatine ! .. i am currently trying to run my 2nd tub of sizeOn and i am def willing to put that to an end for this !

as far as training goes .. i train with my cuzzin who is an amateur bodybuilder working to get his pro card as we speak .. he pushes me 100000 % and comes at me with some of the best routines on the planet and believe me my form is impeccable !

diet wise i eat very very clean ! this is what i am running right now

a shake with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 cups of oatmeal
3 fish oil caps
Multi vitamin

a grilled chicken breast, brown rice and broccolli
3 fish oil caps


3 grams beta alanine
steak with bowl of pasta
3 fish oil caps

3 RPM TABS 1HR B4 GYM

gym time !

post workout a shake with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 cups of oatmeal
3 fish oil caps

Steak with spinach salad
3 fish oil

and i still don't ever see any results from creatine and it sucks because all my friends do and i feel really left out =(

and log wise i can update every day on how i am training, what i am eating ,before and after pictures are a MUST ! ..

PLEASE i am begging you to give me a product that will work for me and i promise you i will be back for more bottles !

Have been doing resistance training since I was a skinny 18 years old (where I was about 140lbs). Played alot of sport but found it really hard to gain muscle or put on weight.

started doing my Diploma in exercise science and started to put the pieces of the puzzle together in what I needed to do as far as reaching my goals (which was to get to 80kg's or around 180lbs). Ended up reaching my goals through hard training, diet and rest and I guess one is never satisfied. Re-accessed and here I am again, now reaching for 212lbs.

Finished my Degree in Exercise Science this year, and have been putting my book knowledge into practice all the way through.

Training consists of 4-5 weight training sessions per week, doing a combination of compound and isolation exercises. Generally I do hypertrophic type training, but branch into strength and power from time to time to shake my body up.

As said previously, rep ranges are between 8 and 12, going for hypertrophy. A combination of compound and isolation exercises are done. Generally doing 3-4 sets per exercise, with 3-4 exercises per muscle group. Maximum intensity always.

Yes RPM is perfectly Ok to take with this if you are chosen. You know what effects RPM gives so i believe you would be able to decipher the difference.

thank you. i will agree. A lot of Neovar Recomped is definitely a bad thing. I cant believe not many people are taking advantage of this. Especially for all the non responders we hear about. Kinda bummed.

everyone seems to be on the natty test booster/glucose repartitioner bandwagon as far as supplements goes (I'm not naming names) Where sometimes creatine may be over looked due to it being 'boring' or less attractive. The fact remains it is still one of the best 'proven' legal performance enhancing supplements available. Also this new Neovar is far more than just creatine, it is very different.

I set a couple new deadlift personal records . .

Here were my increments:
315 * 10, 405 * 8, 495 * 6, 545 * 3, 585 * 1

In bold are new new records. I've never done 545 before, nonetheless 3 times. Then I got cocky and threw 6 plates on each side. I'm uploading YouTube clips right now. Got it all recorded ;)

I'd love to give this one a run:

Age: 22
Weight: 230 lbs
Height: 6'3.75"
Bodyfat: 14.6 % (hahaha, I did a body-impetance body fat test at a 'physical' check-up at work this past week. Not very accurate by any means .. I'm under 10%, I think possibly in the ~8% range at the moment.

Past Creatines: most of them; Creatine mono, CEE, Kre-alkalyn. CEE had minor effects on hardening of the muscles, but the others did nothing.

I'd love to try out Neovar Recomped! It's insulin-mimicking effects really intrigue me, and it'd be awesome to try out some various 'carb deplete'/carb load methods to really get to see the true effects of the Neovar. I wouldn't mind adding some strength to my deadlifts, and get some muscle volumizing/hardening effects either !

I've been able to focus on bodybuilding solely since I finished playing football my senior year. I had already been reading Flex and similar bodybuilding magazines for years, and I had gotten a solid foundation during my first three years of highs school with football and my own weight training on the side. When I was able to focus entirely on bodybuilding I realized there was so much I didn't know. I learned as I went along, and aspects of bulking and cutting became known to me. In college I got real serious, and blew up 45 lbs NATURALLY within 4 months of bulking, and later got down to 220 lbs shredded. I know my body real well by now, and I know what kind of training style it requires to grow and shape up. I've got my own style of training in a sense, mixing it up from workout to workout, nothing is ever the same. I always tweak my training with supersets, drop-sets, negatives and the likes, and it seems it keeps my body guessing enough and never adjusting, and allowing me to grow and solidify.

Weight training 5 days per week, mixing up the order every week. Nothing stays the same. I normally do full body workouts, apart from legs, I dedicate a whole day for them. I've also got a power-movement training session every weekend, where I utilize heavy deadlifts, barbell shrugs, squats, let press, bench press, and cleans and other compound movements. I love low-reps on these, sometimes all the way down to 1. I'm currently increasing my deadlift in a rapid manner (knock on wood), and I'd love to keep this going at a consistent rate alongside of Neovar!!

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

4-5 days/week, 30-50 minutes sessions

4 meals per day, plus 3 shakes. Each meal averages 45 grams of protein, 30-60 grams of carbs, and 10-12 grams of fat. I vary my food between steak, chicken, tuna, cheese, eggs, egg whites, broccoli, and green beans. Don't have lots of variations, but using lots of Cholula makes most everything taste good. Each shake has 50 grams of protein in it, and in two of the shakes I sometimes add 2 spoonfulls of PB in it, adding some more healthy fats and protein, and makes it a 60 gram of protein powershake. Sometimes I endulge in three of these a day when I feel like I deserve it.


Protein: ~350 grams (1,400 calories)
Carbs: ~250 (from brown rice, oatmeal and PB) (1000 calories)
Fats: 40 grams (from EVOO, Fish Oil, Steak, Sesamin) (360 calories)

Total calories: ~2,760 calories
Protein: ~50%

1.5-2 gallons

Short Team Goal:
- to keep cutting and getting down to 5% bodyfat. I'm currently standing @ 6'3", 228 lbs, ~8% bodyfat. 600+ lbs deadlift.

Long Term Goal:
- Get to and maintain 5% bodyfat, @ a bodyweight of 235-240 lbs. 650+ lbs deadlift!
