I know this workout doesn't look particularly good for the legs... but a short explaination.. 225 is the most I've ever attempted to squat, and I was pissed that I could only hit 3, so I dropped down to 185 instead of 135 immediately to blow out the legs... Hit 10 of them here, which is a lot - I've never done 25 reps at 185 in two sets - so the legs were destroyed.

I really wanted to incorporate leg press, but I just didn't have the muscle endurance to hit it like I wanted to - which I think is a good thing. I had a hard time getting up the stairs, which is pretty *ucking nasty.

Got my 3rd bottle of H from NP today - along with 6 pounds of ON whey (ex milk choc), and another huge container of Lemon XTend. Has anyone tried ON Choc Mint or Cookies N Cream? I'd like to switch it up, but not worth it if I hate it. (I don't like ON Vanilla at ALL)...

Oh, and on the bicep workouts, I have NEVER seen my power vein that gnarly before. It ran from my shoulder, down my bicep, to my wrist - clear as day... I liked that enough that I may build a full arm day into my split.

Also - having some trouble with the wrist straps from shoulder and back day... The straps are destroying my wrists, just like BS (or Pantera?) were complaining about. Might need to go without straps for back and shoulders and just make due, because having my wrists in pain is hurting my arm and chest workouts... not using straps will hurt my back and shoulder workouts... Damned either way.

ON Choc Mint is the ONLY flavor I get any more. TIGHT!
 
If you want to know, i will tell you. I am half way thru. This has cost me about an hour of my life (when you add in "gay tank top"), lots of talk of red heads, sweaty balls, etc, etc.

I think you all for bringing this joy into my life. I no longer think I am the most ****ed up person in the room!!!

Amen... Well we have one application so far for a 200 dollar MDrol grant.
 
I'll match it. That should easily cover the mdrol/hdrol for the cycle and most of the support supps. You gotta get your own SERM though, I can't make that work at my accountant... maybe Timber could figure out a way, he does this kinda sh!t on a day to day basis. We gotta come up with a name for our organization though.

But alas, I don't think it's in the cards for me in October. I just realized I'm going on vacation first week of November, which isn't good timing, due to the fact that I'll be eating like sh!t, drinking, and working out little to none...none of which are good for cycle or pct.

What I'm kicking around now is saving it for December or maybe to kick off the new year. And since a bottle of mdrol is good to go for a few different runs, I was thinking of picking that one up a little early and giving it just a quick straight up run in October, 2 weeks followed by 2-3 weeks pct, like BS suggested awhile back. I've decided not to use my clomid now, so I'd just need a bottle of mdrol, a DTH and some nolva, and I'd be all set, since I have enough ancillaries on hand to cover me for about 4 weeks. I could do this badboy for under a hunny, and already have $22 invested toward the big bad 6 weeker.:thumbsup:

timberlaker you need to really consider throwing in ZMA and Sam_e in your PCT.

I have some ZMA - not sure I buy the hype. Increasing IGF-1? I was taking it for the first week of my cycle here, but just stopped to save it for PCT.

Yes this is a copy and paste.

Pharmacology – SAMe is formed in the body already by combining the essential amino acid methionine to adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Over 50 biochemical reactions in the body draw upon this compound. It functions close with folic acid and vitamin B12 in methylation (addition of a methyl group – which is one central carbon atom with its outer electron shell requirements fulfilled with 3 hydrogen bonds – to another molecule, namely metabolites of steroid metabolism in this case) reactions. SAMe is many times more effective in transferring methyl groups than other methyl donors.

Shhh – I know a secret! SAMe is also required in the manufacture of all sulfur-containing compounds in the human body, INCLUDING glutathione (which we have spoken about at lengths thus far in its role within the liver – important for C17 alkylated users) and various cartilage components, INCLUDING chondroitin sulfate.

I was really lethargic today after work. I sat on the couch and almost faded off.. Never debated NOT going to the gym, but really wasn't hungry for it like I always am. Decided to take one serving of SuperPimp and try to get in the mood. I've been drinking an 800 calorie shake about 90 minutes before gym time as well to fight off the lethargy - and also going through a half a box of cereal at work every day (low sugar granola or flake / granola w/ whole milk)... Still doin the oatmeal thang, and a protein rich lunch, as well as a huge dinner and a 800 calorie shake with 25g of casein before bed... Still snacking on oat pitas / hummus / nuts...

By the time I got to the gym I was amped - not because of the SuperPimp or anything - just because I'm the sh*t. NASTY pumps at the end. I pre-dosed 3,000 mg of Taurine - which seems to keep back pumps at bay on back day - but nothing fuc*s with my shoulder pumps... Weird. And they were INTENSE... I had to lay down and pour the rest of my BCAA mix into my face at the end.

Another funny thing... I'm gettin back pumps sometimes walking around at work, or bringing groceries home... Nothing bad, but lower back definitely feels some pump. I like it.

Already psyched for back day...

Oh man... Woke up really early today to work out with a client - 2 hours of boxing and BJJ - had a great sweat going... First real cardio of the last 2 weeks. Last time I worked out with this client (2 weeks ago), I had a similar workout, and weighted in at 179 when I got home... Today I was 187 post workout.

Thunda - to answer your question - I don't have a handle on how powerful my punches are, because I've stayed off the bag for about 2 weeks. I'm being very careful in conservation of calories, and also taking care of my shoulder and wrist. I will definitely let you know how the beatdown feels on Tuesday.

Anyway, here's my breakdown.
