legs are a bit tight today and I'm looking forward to getting some cardio in tonight and stretching a bit.

shoulder is still a little sore and it pinches when I try lift my arm up all the way...I'm missing the last 30 degrees of motion in lifting my arm up:-(

measured my right arm today (pre workout) and my heart was broken; 16.75 inches...I was possitive I was over 17!

for the most part I'm feeling good, I'm looking forward to being my horny self again though!
 
I'm going to a NASM seminar tomorrow from 7am to 5pm, it's kinda far away and I doubt that I'll have enough time to do all my pre training stuff so I'm going to call today the last day of my cycle.

I'm gonna hit chest tonight and hope that my shoulders hold up.

Well it was a great ride. Sucks about the shoulder, but on the bright side, you finished your cycle without a problem through out it. Good luck on the healing process.

I spent friday and Sat at a NASM workshop (trying to get my cert)...OMG, this was the best thing in the whole world!

I don't think their concepts are very good for when it comes to body building, but it did remind me of some things that I've been neglecting!

the real bonus of this weekend was that more than 50% of the people there were female!!! So, I was stuck in a hands on workshop for the weekend with a bunch of hot girls looking to become trainers...they're already into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle; this was just too perfect! I ended up meeting some girls from San Diego and there were some in from Phoenix (my home town)...this was a great weekend!

Thursdays workout was pretty good (until my shoulder got pissy), I'll post my log and I'll get some pictures up this week.

Mine is acutally feeling great today - and on chest day. I'm beyond excited to get to the gym.

Except I have to go kinda later in the evening, because Monday is full of gym flunkies that get in my damn way.

I just ask them how many sets they have left. 90% of the time they look up at me and say "this is my last set" and bust it out and let me have the machine... Pansies. When it's the other way around I am a real a**hole though, I hate being rushed, and I'll take my sweet ass time if you pester me.

My favorite is people asking to "work in"... I used to be nice and say yes, but then they change plate weights or move the cables...

Hahah Ya i hate those m'fers and good job on the NASM bro, i do it at the end of this month, i already work for a corp. doing PT and doing verrrrrrrry well people dont realize the potential you could make of over 6figures.

Wasting your time, No joke. If you realize the potential in health & fitness it's insane. Ive been with this company for One month, I've had over 22 Jobs, I'm only 22, But with my sales Experience, I sold over 3,000$ in Personal Training And over 1600$ In supplements, Heart Rate monitors, Tanning Etc, So i get a nice 10% Commission check on top of my Hourly Pay Rate. Thus why you do the math, It's insane 32Hours is also full time not 40. And my job is to have fun and basically play in a gym, While others sit in an office, All i have is a Certification, When i finish Nasm, I get 20/Hour And More advanced i'll be at 25-30/hr And can start to charge my own rates,

But since i'm doing so well, If i Get a's on my report 3 months in a row i get a raise as well, This month it's been 4Days, Ive already sold 3,000$ In personal training, Lol I' plan to hit 20K Setting a company Record.

If i advise anybody about this career, if you are a people person You will be rich even if you know diddly squat about training, 75% Of people wanting to come in, is Motivation and Creativity, as well as them seeing results.

And if anything i'd get a degree in Some sort of health & fitness field for an additional pay rate, because 3 months from now i'll be making more $$, then i used to be doing construction @ 35/hr lol, but i wont even be breaking a sweat :)

P.S. Get your NASM, It's World Wide Accredited for you, You could go to Europe and train, or the middle east Etc. It's sick.

I'm not interested in training full time (I actually love my carreer as a Computer Engineer), but I think of training as my hobby!

I'd just like to train 5-9 hours per week. (3 hours 3 nights a week at $50/hour = $450 extra per week...cash!)
 
yeah, I have 3 clients now...they are all people that have searched me out! I haven't done any work to get them.

after the last one asked me to train them I decided it was time to get the cert and be legit...it's not that expensive!

Indeed. Considering dental hygiene (97% chicks :lol: ) is often less than 40 hours a week, I'll look into the NASM as a future side job/hobby type thing.

Matt my momma told me to stay in school, so i'm gonna have to do as i'm told or else I get the hose again. Besides, the Corps is paying me pocket $$ for it:woohoo: But cool info you provided Matt.

didn't realize it until after my last set but my shoulder was pretty done!

Additional Notes:

I was pretty pissed that my shoulder was in such bad shape, I'm hoping that my strength stays with me through PCT!

I'm really happy with the results of my cycle and I'm looking forward to getting my pics posted (although I didn't achieve my goal of a 6 pack).

I'm still sitting around the 200lb mark and I think i'm noticeably leaner. (pics will tell)

Lets see some pics! lol, I got like 13Days left of this cycle at 40mg of Epi, Strength and lifting and test is thru the roof! lol I lifted Chest/Quads At 2pm Then hit Back/Bi's At 8pm lol i just had the urge. And even with busting one out, b4 doing the first workout haha

Go Pic Go! lol So i went from 10mgs now up 50mgs on the Epistane, Felt sickly pumped today. Ordering more cuz i have about a 6 day supply left, so the plan is ordering a new bottle 2night to make a 18 day supply add on ;) Sick ass 5week cycle on Epistane, Googogogo Results. haha
 
Got that 2nd bottle rocking the 50mgs a day still, Have another 21 days or so left of the cycle now, Going for about a 5.5 week cycle of Epi. Strength is thru the roof, as well as libido, and no sides whatsoever, except minor acne on the face, well worth it.

But as far as results up from 169 to 178 in about 2.5 weeks :)

Well im up almost 11lbs on my 2nd bottle of epi have 17days left of this one using 50mgs a day, and see no sides :P just being jacked and getting compliments from so many people.
