My Sick Summer Cut (Sponsored in part by Band-Aid)

Psycho.

Not a bad thing.

Just sayin...

See? It's comments like that that make me leave out info on some of my more questionable products and practices... like the 2g mixture of SD and dried bear semen I'm snorting daily. Great for gains:thumbsup:!

Yo, and through a nice mistake, it turns out I now have more products than I needed to finish the last 2 weeks of this cycle. Soooo, I've decided to raise the dosage again. New dosages are:

11oxo 550mg e/d
Furazadrol 300mg e/d
Winztrol 400mg e/d (until the last 5 days, where I'll bump up to 450mg...FCUK YEAH!)

And it looks like I just have enough MMV2 to stay at 5 caps pre-workout except for next week, where I'll run the 6 a day experiment!
Fokk yeah!! You know I like the sound of this sh*t!! Finish it off strong with an @ss-load of chemicals!! :woohoo: These dosages should lean you up and mean you up at the same time! WUNDEBAR!! I want some detailed feedback on how all this sh*t combined makes you feel in and out of the gym!! You should feel like a FUKKIN' MONSTER!!!

I'm curious how that 450mg of winz works for ya, I've been on 200mg winz and 3 caps MMV2 pre workout for two weeks....this is making me want to JACK it up. I'm also thinking about "pulsing" a light dose of havoc in there, and throwing in some 11oxo/11test...

Using shi* that doesnt have terrible sides is great. This is my first all non methyl cycle, and Im liking it enough that adding havoc may be a mistake...but its burning a hole in my cabinet!!!

Epithios have been pretty side effect free for me... and I am taking them E/D

You guys know I most definitely will keep you all posted on my reaction. I already bumped the winz up to 300mg as of Wednesday, so Monday will only be going up another 100, and then next saturday the jump to 450 will be cake. I've been on 300 for extended periods before (up to 4 weeks) w/ no sides to speak of, so I'm confident that this'll be smooth sailing. Nonetheless, I'll get some BP readings today, just to be sure. Other readings this weeks have been a fcukin' portrait of good health:D.

Yeah, low to no side compounds are pretty sweet.

Arms today, my DC brethren!!! (or those of you still with us :() Keep it locked for the workout later!

well, probably too early to tell if the higher dosage is increasing the cutting, but then again, I've been cutting up lately anyway. I CAN tell you that libido is CRUNKED up! My wife finally had to beat me away with a stick last night (I was like a dog with a bone...if you get my drift:thumbsup:). Then she woke up to find me going for a midnight snack, so as a result, she's had to hide all the pies in the house. Oh well...

Had a nice arm workout yesterday employing TRI-SETS w/ different grips to hit the muscles from different angles. Normally, I do these w/ lighter weight, but, you know what? I just didn't fcukin' feel like it! Also, it's normally a run of this and you're taxed, but I had a little gas left in the tank, so I added a couple more lifts.

Bicep tri-set (NO rest between, strict form) x 2
-BB Curl 6 @ 90lb
-DB Hammers (simultaneous) 8 @ 30lb
-Reverse grip DB curl 8 @ 15lb

Tricep tri-set (again NO rest between, strict form) x 3
-Tricep extension 10 @ 70lb
-Reverse extension 10 @ 50lb
-Overhead DB extension 8 @ 50lb

Preacher curl 2 x 8 @ 150lb

DB Kickbacks 3 x 10 @ 20lb

Looking forward to getting at that routine that TG helped me put together next week! Probbably have to lift Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, instead of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but oh well. My recovery has been off the charts on this cycle anyway.

Did I ever tell you guys the one about the guy who unexpectedly found half a bottle of liquid clen from a few months ago in one of his drawers and mixed a few ml (200mcg/ml) into half of his bottle of Napalm (seperated into an empty Napalm bottle, of course)?

He used it for the last week and a half of his already successful cutting cycle and lived happily ever after. (and for those of you who don't know, read up...it DOES work!)

Bass said he did that before and loved it.

Doesn't clen have some gnarly side effects like shaking and sh*t?

Are you sure it wasn't "ThisGuy"?!! Sounds like something he would do!! He be all crazy and sh*t!! :fool2::icon_lol:

Doesn't clen have some gnarly side effects like shaking and sh*t?

ALOT of gnarly side effects including, but by no means limited to, shaking and sh*t, high BP, increased heart rate, and what is known as the "clen headache". Which is why many people have switched over to the transdermal method of delivery, which circumvents all those sides. Here, check out this thread:

It's an interesting read, and one I can personally vouch for, having personally tried it out once before. To be honest, I don't know that it's THAT much more effective than the standard formula, but you do notice it working a little faster. Personally, I had just under a week of Napalm left, and now I have the last week and a half I needed, so that was my main motivation. I'm dosing the clen based in the morning and the standard in the afternoon, instead of the advised 1 week enhanced, 1 weeks regular, since I won't be doing this for two more weeks anyway.

Chest and back last night, using the routine TG helped me plan last week. Loved it! Very intense and left me kinda sore.

Bench
10 @ 275lb
10 @ 185lb (Negatives)

Incline
10 @ 185lb
10 @ 135lb (Negatives)

Decline
10 @ 225lb
10 @ 150lb (Negatives)

Flye close-grip superset (felt like working on the cleavage, ya know? I like the little striations I get in the middle:thumbsup:)
Flye
10 @ 35lb
10 @ 20lb (Negatives)
superset w/
Close-grip bench
8 @ 135lb
8 @ 95lb (Negatives)

Lat pulldown superset w/ straight arms pressdowns
Lat pd
8 @ 160lb
10 @ 100lb (Negatives)
S.A. pressdown
10 @ 50lb
10 @ 30lb (Negatives)

Seated row
8 @ 150lb
10 @ 100b (Negatives)

TG, I liked this technique of heavy lifts followed by negatives a lot, and I'm going to continue with it throughout the week. But I think I've got a way to improve it, which I was thinking of applying...namely, by using your favorite and mine! What do you think of replacing the heavy set w/ a heavy drop, then going w/ an even lower weight on the negative, but employing a pre-exhaust superset. Stay with me here. Using flat bench as an example...

Set 1: DB Bench 8 @ 80lb, 6 @ 70lb, 4 @ 60lb
Set 2: Flye superset w/ BB Bench (Negatives)
-Flye 10 @ 25lb (slow but not negative)
-Bench 10 @ 135lb (Negatives)

Adnd that would constitute the flat workout. Then I'd employ the same w/ incline and decline.

I was thinking of keeping that for next week (I'm going to need a little extra to wear me out on 6 MMV2 ;)), but for this week I'm going to maintain the original plan, if only with a few tweaks, a drops set here, a rest-pause there...you get me.:head:

Sounds good to me brutha!! You know I like that intensity technique sh*t!! But you have to incorporate periods of lesser intensity sometime. Like my last PCT I did just straight sets. No drops. No rest-pauses. Just normal. It helped with recovery. The muscles can take it, but I feel the problem lies with the CNS being overstimulated for too long periods of time. Like Mike Mentzer used to say, "Every day is a kidney day"! I know what he meant. Super high intensity taxes the entire central nervous system, not just the muscles being worked. The effects of overtraining can be felt here before it is felt with your muscles. But yeah....your plan sounds very good to me. When you get around to PCT spend some weeks just doing straight sets and then ease into a DC type for a change of pace. I believe you would really like it!!

You taking all 6 P/wo?

Jebus.

Yep, that's definitely the plan. Just some straight sets for pct. I was thinking I'd just vary the weight, rep and TUT (though no negatives) between workouts a little, to keep things interesting, but stay away from all those drop and supers and other craziness that I like so much.

Not yet...but I will be next week. Right now I'm only taking 5 all p/wo. I reeeeally like it.
I'll bet you reeeeeally do!! I still haven't had the pleasure of eating more than 3 pre-workout. I have a brand new bottle of it in stash that I'll break into soon enough. And then I'm going to have to give the 5 or 6 caps PWO a spin!! Sounds Like A Blast!! :numbered:

Sounds like Timber needs to get a little MMV2.

:think::head:

Loads of fun, brother. Seriously, you'll love it. Just try to stay away from anything that could piss you off between the dose and the gym. Bad nonsense could ensue.

For example, something happened on my way home last night to anger me (after I'd dosed just before leaving the office, and gotten held up about 40 minutes), and let's just say I nearly tore my steering wheel clear off. Suffice it to say, my horn no longer works, but you'll be happy to know, the car drives as well as it ever did. In fact, I think I fixed the alignment .

But then I got home and had a pretty intense workout to burn off all that aggression.:head:

Speaking of which....shoulders! Still employing, what shall henceforth be known as, TG-style negatives, and armed w/ what I can only describe as a towering inferno of aggression, here's what I did:

Behind-the-neck mil. press
12 @ 135lb
10 @ 135lb (Negatives)

Militries
8 @ 185lb
10 @ 135lb (Negatives)

Arnolds
10 @ 50lb
8 @ 35lb (Negatives)

...you can tell already I had an axe to grind, right? Now the isos.

1-arm lateral raises
6, 6, 6 @ 40lb, 30lb, 20lb (that's right, DROPS!)
10 @ 15lb (Negatives)

DB front raises
6, 6, 6 @ 40lb, 30lb, 20lb (what's that? you know it...DROPS again!)
10 @ 15lb (Negatives)

Reverse pec-deck flye
10, 10, 10 @ 80lb, 70lb, 60lb
10 @ 60lb (Negatives)

Trap tri-set
-Close-grip upright rows 10 @ 95lb
-Upright rows 10 @ 95lb
-BB shrugs 10 @ 185lb

Dude, why do you keep putting (Negatives)?

Aren't negatives inheirent on every rep?
What he means is he's slowing the negative portion of those sets down real slow and intentionally. Lowering the weights like twice as slow as normal. Trying for about 4 seconds to lower the weights. This makes those reps much more intense!

Thats no shi* on not letting anything piss you off between your MMV2 and the gym! I get furious at 4 pills PWO, haha, I LIKE IT.

Gotcha.

Hhhhhaha!!

Umm, so... what's a push up?

It's when I put my man-weiner up against a girl's love buns and press up and in slowly!! Slower on the negatives also. Real intense!! ha ha

A funny thing happened when I took my 6 MMV2 preworkout yesterday and made my way to the gym... I fcukin' lost my mind.

I decided to take the TG negatives a step further. Not only did I add a drop set (actually a trip drop for the first excercise and two double drops on the remaining excercises), but I decided to add a single drop to the negative set as well. Fun. And painful. But mostly fun.

DB bench (drops) 10, 8, 8, 8 @ 80lb, 70lb, 60lb, 50lb
Flat bench (negative drops) 10, 8 @ 185lb, 155lb

DB incline bench (drops) 10, 6, 6 @ 70lb, 60lb, 50lb
Incline bench (negative drops) 10, 8 @ 155lb, 135lb

DB decline bench (drops) 8, 6, 4 @ 70lb, 60lb, 50lb
Decline bench (negative drops) 10, 8 @ 185lb, 135lb

And that, my friends, was the long and short of it. I needed no more work after that, and I'm sore as all hell. Can't wait for shoulders tomorrow...mmm....and arms on Thursday....mmmmm. Bring the muthafcukin' pain! DOOM CREW MUTHAFCUKAAAAAAAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:head:

You're as crazy as me mo-fo!! :fool2: I think we're fukkin' addicted to intensity!! I crave it. But you know what? The more intensity sh*t I do, the more I look forward to my next workout. Just like you are anticipating hittin' shoulers...mmm..and then arms....mmmmm. I like that! I've been chompin' at the freakin' bit all day today. I can't wait to explode on those fukkin' weights tomorrow. Chest and Triceps are in for an epic battle!! :duel:

Many thanks, TG! That's a tremendous compliment! Yeah, I'm definitely an intensity junkie. I LOVE it!

Bro I just realized after I conferred Berserker status on T-Lake that I hadn't inducted you yet into the hall of Odin's Berserkers. I now officially bestow on you the title of an honorary Berserker of Odin!! Sorry it was late in coming. I meant to do it long before now due to your fierce fighting spirit against the iron enemy!! :duel: NEVER SURRENDER!! :head:

Last night was shoulders. Fcuked those puppies up. Ran 3 forms of presses using my altered TG negative routine w/ my drop lead-in and new and improved drop negatives! Muthafcukin' nasty. Then I hit some drop for the iso raise movements, but finished each w/ negative, instead of doing a whole seperate negative set. By the end, I was like this guy...:bb3:

Military
Drop set 10, 6, 6, 6 @ 185lb, 155lb, 145lb, 135lb

1-arm lateral raise
4, 6, 8-negative @ 50lb, 40lb, 15lb

4, 6, 8-negative @ 50lb, 40lb, 15lb

1-arm rear-delt raise
4, 6, 8-negative @ 40lb, 30lb, 15lb

And that was all she wrote, gents. Stay tuned for arms tonight...and the last day of my cycle :( Oh well, great run! PCT is just another wall to tear down, and I've got some stellar numbers to report shortly.

I admire the full frontal assault you attacked those shoulders with. Full scale destruction. I believe on my next cycle, I'm going to have to give that 6 caps of pre-workout MMV2 a spin!! It seems to make you go butt-@ss crazy!! Love it!!
