Trauma1 makes his way back to tampa.

Trauma1

Legend
Hello everyone. As of tomorrow, i'll be moving back to tampa. I probably won't have internet access for possibly up to a week from now.

Testers - Your info has been forwarded, and dsade/crader should have them out to you shortly. Best of luck with the logs as i may be joining them late.

I'm sure i'll be going through some AM withdrawl :(, but at least i'll finally have this hellish process over with. See you all in about a week!

RPN RULES!!

:bb3:

nice work man on the new home. good luck. when you get back I should have the log up and running.

As a side note, saying log in terms of gut health seems to crack me up

ahhh nothing like a return to tampa, just in time too for a saturday night down at Ybor!!!

Pro's:
$7500 tax credit to first time home buyers for purchases after april 9 '08

Cons:
$7500 has to be repaid, but its at 0% interest and you re-pay over 15 years ($500 a year due after year 2) or when you sell.. whichever is sooner.

even if you dont 'need' the money... you cant beat the security of a 0% loan

Hope the move went well buddy... i think half of my stuff will end up in boxes forever :aargh:

Finally.......I'M BACK! :)

The move went fairly well, however what a freakin' process. The new house is freakin' sweet. Tampa AM party for sure! :D

Thanks for the kind words all.......it's great to be back!

Hope you have a good and easy move!

Thanks C! I made it through still alive. I finally feel the stress starting to lift today. I already have my new gym membership to lifestyles gym down here. Time to get......SWOLE! :D

I was not aware of that. Thanks for the info dave! I'll have to let the wife take a look at that.
