52, Starting a cycle, looking for AX reps advice

Hi folks,

I am 52 years old, and just came off a major cut. I lost 50 lbs, and now weigh in at 180LBS. I have worked out for years, and also am pretty active re: Cardio.

Currently, I am consistently upping my weights, and doing resistance training 3-4 times a week for an hour and a half each session.

I have been stocking up on your products in anticipation of this major bulk.

I have in my possession:

2 bottles of 3AD
1 bottle of hyperdrol X2
1 bottle of Mass FX
1 bottle of Trisorbagen
1 bottle of APCT

I guess I am looking for some advice based on dosages, and the stacking of your products for both my cycle, and my PCT.

My plan is to run my cycle for a full month, with my PCT following that of course. My strategy is to attempt to gain 12-15 lbs of muscle, while getting that last 2% of body fat off (currently at 13%).

Sure would like to get and respect your input, as stated above re: the best stacks, and how much of what when.

I am really looking forward to packing on the muscle.

P.S. I have a very clean diet of about 1800 calories a day.

Your response would be very much appreciated.
 
With what you've got there, I would strongly recommend splitting it up into 2 cycles. We'll call it the "AX Sampler". ;) Taking more isn't always better, as the gains associated with these sorts of products function on an assymptotic curve, meaning the more you take, the less you get from it.

Be sure to take 1 month's break between cycles, as your endocrine system needs to take a break and recover to ensure optimal gains from the next cycle.

Cycle #1 First cycle would consist of MassFX and Hyperdrol. 4 capsules of each daily. Dosing times as follows:
First thing in the morning: 2 caps MassFX and 1 cap Hyperdrol
Pre-workout (mid-afternoon, if not training): 2 caps MassFX, 1 cap Hyperdrol
Prior to bedtime: 2 caps of Hyperdrol (The ingredients in hyperdrol work to maximize testosterone production and minimize estrogen production while you are sleeping, which is when the body usually makes these hormones.)

Cycle #2 This is simply the 3-AD cycle, followed up with 4 weeks of post cycle therapy, using Advanced PCT.

Dosing: Due to the nature of 2-androstenol, it is recommended that you take it with a meal containing 15 to 20 grams of (healthy) fats to ensure maximal absorption; furthermore, 3-AD should not be taken first thing in the morning or immediately following a workout as these are bad times to eat meals containing such high amounts of fat. Best times to dose it are usually mid-morning and dinnertime.

Common fats to dose with include, Almonds, Avocado, Salmon, Steak!, Flax Oil,and (probably the most common) Peanut Butter.

This cycle will consist of 45 days of 3-AD, dosed at 4 caps per day (2 caps twice daily).

The day after your last dose of 3-AD begins Post Cycle Therapy. This is where aPCT comes into play. Dosing for aPCT is pretty simple.

First thing in the morning: 1 capsule
pre-workout/mid-afternoon: 1 capsule
Evening time: 1 capsule.



Granted, this is simply how I would do it, especially with a novice AX user, this will really give you some great gains as well as help you to better determine which AX products/stacks work best for you.

Well Guy's your on. I will give it a whirl based on your recommendations. Which Cycle would you recommend using the Trisorbagen. Or should I get another bottle, and use it for both?
 
I would recommend using Trisorbagen with Cycle #1. Hyperdrol X2 and Mass FX stacked with Trisorbagen can really help by keeping both supplements in your system longer, increasing absorption of nutrients and supplements into the bloodstream.

The extra fat that you take with 3-AD is what helps with absorption so there isn't a need for Trisorbagen. Although it can be added to a 3-AD cycle if you choose. But my personal opinion would be to take it with Cycle #1.

HA!! If you ever get the chance, stop over on the AX forum (Invalid Link Removed) and say hello if you haven't already. We've got a few more senior members over there who are doing just the same - getting all sexified for the wives!!! Twisterdad is an AWESOME motivation over there, and a really really great guy!!!

Oh, and don't take offense to the term "senior"...at 29, I get lumped in that group, too. Dang college kids everywhere 'round here....lousy wippersnappers..... :trout:
 
Yup. As soon as you finish that lovely last little pill of 3-AD, wake up the next morning and start aPCT @ 3/day, spread out evenly throughout the day. :thumbsup:
 
After reading the 3-AD comments on the AX website, and wanting some good results, I kind of decided to change up your suggested method for the cycles. I decided to do the 3-AD cycle first for the 45 day period, and after 2 weeks into the cycle stack MASS FX until the cycle ends.

At that point I am going to use the APCT, along with the hyperdrol X2 for 30 days.

I am 5 days into the 3-AD cycle now, and feel great. I have already upped my weights, and maybe it is the placebo effect, but I feel like my muscles are harder, and I feel much stronger.

I have put on about 2.5 Lbs. Don't know if it is the 3-AD, or upping my fat intake a bit with the 3-AD doses.

An interesting observation my body fat levels according to my scale indicate that they have gone up by 2-2.5%.

Don't know if the scale is mis-reading the increase in weight. I also have backed off a bit on cardio because of some back issues.

The Chest, and Bicep pumps are unbelievable.

I have responded very well to PH's in the past. I hope that this is the case with your products. Looking forward to getting big again.

Sounds pretty solid to me, man! When I ran 3-AD, I ran it as such:

Week 1-2: 3-AD @ 4/day
Week 3: 3-AD @ 6/day
Week 4: 3-AD @ 6/day, MFX Max @ 4/day
Week 5-6: 3-AD @ 6/day, MFX Max @ 6/day, MFX orig @ 2 pre-w/o.

PCT was aPCT @ 3/day, HX2 @ 2/night. Worked out well for me, and I think it should do you some good too. Hit it hard! :head:
