I have read that it's not good to stack the SizeOn with the AP?
I then read it's ok to do the following
AP 15 minutes before 1 bowl oatmeal 50-60 carbs
1hr from there, No Shotgun
Workout
PWO shake and SizeOn immediately after
1hr from there AP 15 minutes before PWO meal 50-60 carbs
Will this work?
Would it be ok to stack recreate with this stack? If so, how would i work it in?
