Creatine recommendation...

Me
Hey everyone - so this is actually my first post and I'm very new to supplements. I've worked out for the past year by just running/ellipticaling but never used weights. I'm actually a pre-medical student and work at a hospital and ran into a doc who happened to have a bowflex- he didn't use anymore and gave it to me.

I weight about 155lbs and about 5' 9". I'm just shredding off a few pounds of fat around my mid-section to reveal the sixpack without having to flex and starting to build my muscles.

My Supplements
My supplements pretty much just include Isopure Low-Carb Protein (50g per serving that I have) and 2.5Mg Yohimbine as my attempt to reduce the last few pounds of stubborn fat.

My questions
1.) I'm thinking I need a creatine supplement...can you recommend a specific one ON AMAZON.COM (I have a $10 off and free shipping method).
2.) Are there any other supplements I absolutelyneed? I'm trying to be on the cheap side as I just spent $90 on the protein + Yohimbine...which is why a $15 thing of creatine might be nice ($5 total with my cheap-skate method).

Thanks again guys - I've been using the bowflex for 3 weeks now and I'm already seeing results, but not so much in the fat losing department. I'm gonna start upping my cardio to assist that...

1.) Neovar Recomped, Green Mag, Size ON
2.) As for needed supplements, none are necessary thats why they are keyed "supplements" meant to aid and optimize performance. I would look into a Creatine, BCAA, MultiVitamin, Protein, and fish oils.

I would recommend that as a first timer with creatine, you can never go wrong with the proven and time tested creatine monohydrate (not to mention, DIRT cheap).

And as for your supplements, those basics look good for you;

Multi-Vitamin
Fish Oil
Yohimbine HCL(personally never did notice anything from it, even at larger dosages. Others feel differently and I don't doubt it works for them.)
Creatine Monohydrate

Remember, Diet is KEY for gains! Workout comes second, and supplements are just that - to help SUPPLEMENT what you are already doing. Don't rely on them to do too much...

for post-workout get Dark Matter, i personally love that product has everything you need for post workout, that is def. a uprising post workout supp, has anybody else gave it a try

Creatine monohydrate as someone else mentioned would be a good place to start.

For blends/mixtures Universal Storm, Controlled Labs Green Magnitude, and MAN Clout are all good.

If your going for creatine and want a nice six pack, it might be a little hard to accomplish. Many people tend to bloat up a little on creatine mono(depending on the carb intake). IMO if your going for a clear six pack maybe wait for mono and spend the money on food. Purple wraath or x-tend might be helpful.
