I just started a cycle of havoc plan on running it at 20/30/40/40
I preloaded AI Cycle Support for the last 10 days and am also taking multivitamin, glucosamine, and flax seed oil for the joints.
I have a very strict diet and training regime.
My diet is as follows:
Breakfast- 3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites 2 packets quaker weight control oatmeal, 1 banana
Midmorning snack- tuna fish on ezikal bread
Lunch- chicken breast on ezikal bread
Midafternoon snack- myoplex or protein bar
Preworkout- apple and handful of blueberries
Postworkout- 60g ON pro complex protein, enough raisins to equal about 100g of carbs
Dinner- 2 chicken breast, brown rice or quinoa, plate full of veggies
Evening snack- 1 cup skim milk, 2 cups 1% cottage cheese
As far as my training goes..
Mon- chest, back heavy
tues- bis, tris, shoulders heavy
wed- legs
thurs- chest, back light
fri- bis, tris, shoulders light
sat- legs light
For PCT i have nolva which ill run at 80 1st day followed by 40/30/20/10. I will be using superpump and some creatine monohydrate afterwards to help maintain my gains. I will also continue the AI cycle support.
I know its a ton of information but its the first ph cycle im running and I've researched the forums for the majority of this stuff but if anyone can help me with these questions that would be great.
I have some trib and ZMA lying around would it hurt to use that during my PCT?
I also have 6-oxo but at what time in my PCT should i run that?
Is the diet i have enough it equates to about 3500 calories?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated
