I feel you and agree...it was fun but after all this there is no point....but honestly can all the "crews" dissolve...theres the banana death squad...DOOM CREW...and many others...which was all fun to me....if noone gets dumb with it its fun....WTF MATES?

No, I was 181 about two weeks ago and have a kcal intake of 5000 w/ some interesting supplement protocols at work. For proprieties' sake, I'll update daily so everybody is informed. I don't happen to update my weight daily, which may explain your assumption. Understandable.

I guess I should have just pm'ed Trip or Mullet about it. Thread didn't get out of hand and I see where some of it started from.

I wasn't in here to give a defense because I was busy going ballistic. Perhaps I did misplace a portion of my anger, and I am not here to defend myself. I am squashing this here right now, and if any of you feel that I acted out of line or unbecoming towards you, my bad I apologize. Rest assured I am not a trouble maker, I blew my top over the neg repping and changing my sig etc. etc., I felt like I was baited into this and judging from what I read, about me by others, I just went into Rambo mode, so ban me or whatever. I appreciate my boys sticking up for me. However, I am being misjudged as far as my postings go, yes there is a lot of this and that in my threads, but I am under the assumption that a large majority of people were enjoying the ensuing chaos. Again my bad, I aplologize....
