Felt real damn good today......had to lift earlier cause we're taking out my lil sister for her birthday....she just turned 17. Seems like yesterday i was changing her dirty ass diapers. Back felt real good today, usually I get a lil pinch feeling in my lower back. But today it wasn't there, I should have pushed it to 335 for 10, i'll save that for next week.
