What form of Selenium is in here? L-Selenomethionine?

How come there aren't mixed tocopherol's instead of just the gamma? Is it because its the major form in vitamin E?

I am looking to add the rejuvenation stack to my designer steroid stack and I was just curious to the questions above.

Edit: I answered my on question about the gamma.

While alpha tocopherol inhibits the production of free radicals to some degree, it is gamma tocopherol that is required to trap and neutralize existing free radicals. LifeExtension Vitamnins.

I used High Selenium Yeast, which contains organically bound selenium and is one of the highest bioavailable forms of selenium you can take..

This is CRUCIAL for the formation of reduced Glutathione, one of the major combators/neutralizers of free radicals.
