I think we're do for..........

Hell, for 1,000 bucks to get my supplements off our budget, my wife might get involved (seriously hot asian, btw). And then I could try some stacks I've been drooling over!

I would rather just have 3666.66666667 caps of RPM!!! Thats how much you could get from nutraplanet for $1000

Hehe, good call. RPM, Drive, and NeoVar are all in my list of "what I would try if I had 1,000 dollars". I'm also interested in checking out the MusclePharm line. Well, I'll probably try them eventually anyways... but it'd be much sooner if the wifey didn't have a chance to complain about my supplement spending lol.

we're going to try a special release of RPM Big Block edition, I think its 240 caps for $60 in a large bottle. not 100% sure on the price honestly

Today is tri/chest day for me. Though I think I may have to hold off due to what I did to me left shoulder/arm tuesday.... Owies still....

no... you have it wrong! Wednesday is leg day! duh. get with the program.:hammer:
You know, I really need to shift my upper body days to later in the week... Mon-Wed are when EVERYBODY comes to the gym to do the same bodyparts (lol, sometimes it seems like chest/back/arms are all these people do).

Oh no! One of the reasons I had to stop lifting after my huge gains in college was due to a rotator cuff injury. Man, it's the worst injury I've ever had... not so much due to the pain, but the ease in which you aggravate it (literally nothing you can do to keep it safe unless you wear a dam*ed sling).

it seems that I only see people working upper body. and when you do the same upperbody every other day for 3 months... I dont think you get the same benefits....

I was working 80+ hours a week while holding an A average for a 15 hour class load. Parents were in a horrific accident, and were in a coma for over a year. THEN the mother kept having strokes afterwards, so they were both pretty much dependent on me.

I was 19 when I started paying for their house and car payments along with my own apartment, car, food, tuition, etc. I worked in warehouses and in the back of trucks (FedEx) for 4 years while I tried to get them back on their feet and keep their house from being foreclosed on. It was a nightmare, but it all worked out. They are both alive if not in the best of health.

So, the combination of only 2-3 hours of sleep a night (there was a year and a half where i only slept 4 days a week, 52 hour days are murder) and all of the strenuous work/exercise caught up with me. At the time I didnt realize the destruction I was causing to my CNS, but I was working out at the time too! ROFL. It did lighten up a bit towards the end of college which is where I started making gains (sleep ftw). I injured my shoulder in the back of a FedEx truck. Rotator cuff, a actually HEARD the thing sorta and it sounded like ripping into a nice beef jerky. A strange dry ripping sound I'll never forget... wtf. Then later, I spent a year barely walking after a back injury (bulged disks), even while lifting properly. I attribute both injurys to sleep deprivation, as my lifting safety was spot on. Well, exercise was the solution in both cases. I strengthened my core to protect my back, and just took it easy on the shoulder while doing the best I could to strengthen it again.

The bonus is I have all kinds of crazy stories from that period of my life. This man won't have to resort to "walking uphill both ways in the snow to school" stories to tell my kids (however, I do have a "running 3 miles in the winter to make it to class on time while my car was in the shop getting a transmission rebuilt" story). I got my own!

sry, rambled a bit there... you might hear other aspects of this story in later threads as it is central to many things in my life. I learned a lot during that time. Dos AND don'ts, willpower, the intangible rewards of giving, etc.

My shoulder is actually agitated because I believe of an injury in HS i never was able to see a doc about. In wrestling I took a forward fall and landed right on my elbow, it was fine but this weird pain sensation ran along the area between my bi and triceps up into my should where my collar bone is. The sports med lady on duty told me there wasny anything she could do, now I think she was retarded. Still to this day my left collar bone stick out higher than my right does. I can push it back down into my chest, and anytime I use my muscle that runs along that line it hurts, even a hardcore flex hurts it.... weirdness....

tough luck on the injury. hope you can get it worked out.
Maybe you could go see a sports physical therapist or whatever they are called.

I plan on it eventually. After I have time and money.... i cant bail softball, and I leave for mexico next month for about 10 days. Sometimes things dont work out for me. If I didnt have the kind of bills I do from stupid past mistakes I would be set and seeing one right now.

I am hoping its at least pain free by sat, roller coaster time!
It happens every once in awhile to my left arm. It is probably something that will need surgery....wonderful, no?

ya...its only a two year degree... and the my city is in soo in need its crazy!

I am becoming a teacher....4 year degree for half the pay you get for a 2 year degree lol. Until I become a principle or college professor. Then we talking 75-120k a year. But add in being a Personal trainer in the summer time and being a youth pastor and i think I can manage. Especially if my writing career takes off.(yes I have 4 careers)

I was reading a hands on with red alert and they said it was really buggy. They didn't know if they had enough time to fix all of the bugs...

I'll put supps down on a d2 duel... or a Counter Strike Match!!!

a d2 duel wouldnt be worth it. Diablo duels were the dumbest thing i have seen. And CS isnt a good enough shooter to use for a prize. COD4, or heck lets do an old school goldeneye 007 tourny!!!

cod4 multiplayer is over rated.
CS is perfect, that's why there are CS pros and not cod4 pros.
d2 duels are fun too!!
